Completely in my case...I just wasnt interested as I knew I had no performance in me so started a vicious cycle which only went downhill
Now Im back in the game and I know (despite my own issues post affair) I will be Ok whatever way that works out

But before I do this, I would like to know if anyone prior to being implanted felt as though their relationship with sex was severely damaged? In that even with the prospect of an on-demand erection, you still had concerns that you would merely be a robot, as it were, as opposed to someone enjoying sex to the full and regaining all of your zeal for f*cking.
I know we all have different psyches and ways of coping but I’m interested to read some answers. Because right now, I have zero sexual confidence and a whole lot of anxiety.
Were you guys quick to mentally embrace your implant post-op and how quickly did you ‘feel’ like having sex and putting it to the test?
Thanks!

As far as my relationship w/ sex before the implant...still had fun but couldn't penetrate...tried VED...worked, but it was extremely uncomfortable...reminded me of an ancient Medieval torture device. So my answer to your question is that I didn't look forward to it & it was mentally painful to be reminded that I couldn't perform every time we had a sexual encounter...
In my case, I wanted to take it for a test drive as soon as I was activated (about 4-5 weeks after the procedure). It was great to be back in action, but it was uncomfortable. For me, approx. 8 weeks out was the point in time wherein any discomfort vanished & I could really roll.
After approx. 8 weeks, the AMS 700 LGX implant felt completely natural after I learned to cycle & properly use the deflate button. I am now 6.5" inflated...gained an inch due top the LGX expansion capability. The sex is absolutely off-the-chain excellent...wife says she's so glad I had it done & it's the best sex she's ever had. Bottom line is that you'll be able to outlast any porn star if you so desire once everything settles in.
Most important thing is the choice of a good surgeon...did the research, decided IMHO that most of the problems (loss of length/floppy head etc) stemmed from the infrapubic method, found the two cats who were considered the masters of the penoscrotal approach (Kramer & Eid)...went with Kramer...did a stellar job & was always available afterward via phone/text w/ any post-procedure questions...
Going bionic was one of the best health moves I've ever made...best of luck to you.
