Wow, can I relate to you! I spent years doing the exact same stuff! It was so frustrating and depressing and hard to say how many women I missed out on due to this freaking issue. I am finally getting the surgery next Wednesday so hopefully my life will turn around. Good luck to you !!

It's been 3 1/2 weeks for me since surgery. All in all I'd say it's been much easier than I thought it would go. I hit that point about 6 months ago where I just knew that it was OVER. My urologist was telling me that I was a perfect candidate for it for the past year but I had to hit that point. The alternative? A life without sex. Period. End of story.
