Mine has now retreated between my legs tight against my pelvic bone and has shifted with the bulb foreword like its laying flat. When I sit on a chair or car seat Im sitting on it. Uncomfortable. I can only pump it from the sides and to deflate I have to push near the top of my scrotum where its the thickest and have to brace it against my pelvic bone. I have a follow up the 12th. Im sure he has to re position it. Which is what he thought last visit.

After 2+years (Oct 4, 2016) my pump rests peacefully at the very bottom of my scrotum. Access couldn't be easier. My Urologist Surgeon did a magnificent job. I have had absolutely no complications.

Lucky man. I also have the problem that the tubing goes around the left side of my penis and is still sore because its at the top thin skin. When I pump it bulges up in an arc. If I push it down I can feel the pump going lower. I suppose if he pulls the pump down the tubing will also go down instead of resting against the top side left.

I only have one testicle, the left, so my pump is on the right side where the right nut should be. Works out very nicely, fills out my sack, and is very easy to get to and operate. Very happy with all of it. [attachment=0]DSCN1689.JPG

Looking great. I don't know why a competent surgeon can't properly place a pump. There are some that are known for pumps being placed too high, thus guaranteeing a revision. Ka ching.

Mine was installed on the left and has pretty much stayed there 1.5 years post op. The tube that crosses from the pump under my penis and over the right testicle kind of irritates that testicle sometimes. I'm a runner and find that it helps to use a supporter while I run so the weight of my testicles etc doesn't pull constantly on the tube going up to the reservoir. After some trial and error I use the "swimmer supporter" style which works great. Anyway the surgeon told me that some docs put the pump in the middle but the feedback from his patients seems to favor having it on one side instead.

Not to be a downer or anyting but it looks like your pump is exactly where mine was attached to the base of my penis. In four months time using tremendous ved pressure it moved about half an inch. But there was no way I could use it. I finally had another surgeon move it down to the very bottom of my scrotum and now I am completely satisfied can use it one handed first time everytime. Before it constantly locked up there was no way I could inflate it without locking it would go for weeks without being able to cycle. Hope all you guys have better success but my choice to put it down where it should be was the best thing I've ever done I had to wait four months though they wouldn't do it any sooner

The first operation was pretty bad. How painful is the 2nd and how long to recuropate? Do I have to spend another night in the hospital?
