Coloplast Titan on average guys

So, i'm just about 6,5 inch when fully erect.

Is it that the Titan only suits the above average guys, the over 7 inch guys?
Or will it fit a 6,5 inch guy as well?

So for the "shorter' guys it stays semi-erect?
It looks unnatural
The Titan feels like a toothpaste tube?

So, the bottomline the under 7 inch guys better go for the ams?

Thanx in advance

One more question. Can you avoid the 'tootpaste tube' feeling by giving a deflated two or yhe pumps but still not erect?

That may work but wouldn't the device, that is already somewhat rigid, just get more rigid? :)

Mine feels fine my flaccid is comfortable and bigger than it was before the implant I can’t say enough good about it. And if I had a LGX I probably would be saying the same thing. There really is nothing better for someone that has ed to get a new functionality hard dick. There is no doubt that the first weeks are no joy but boy I’m sure happy I didn’t wait long for the implant a bit less than five months from the prostatectomy.

Either coloplast or ams will be fine.

I have an AMS and for the first 4 months my penis felt like Gumby. Now the cylinders are starting to get softer and that is great. Gumby is not my favorite character. I have seen videos where the Titan is very much that way, you can actually sculpt your penis into shape. Not sure how long that lasts. All plastics eventually get softer. You'll just need to wait longer for the thicker Titan cylinders.
As for length I don't think it matters unless you have over 7". But keep in mind that depending on your surgeon you might lose some of that anyway. At least in the short run, we are talking years potentially.
Unless you have a strong preference your surgeon may simply give you what he thinks is best for you. Of course he does no know you at all so his choice might be totally different from what you need to be truly happy.
I personally have been very uncomfortable with my stiff AMS penis. Cannot even imagine it being even stiffer for longer. But that is me and you are you. Good luck

I'm as average as they come, and my Titan is fine (at least as far as I can tell).

I was 6.5 bone press and chose titan bc i wanted the girth. Always been a grower too and once this thing softens up and hangs down i think i will like the larger flaccid as well

The greater durability, girth and bigger flaccid really appeal after all this time of things not being right. A bit of a silver lining.

Ya know, if I were a surgeon, I wouldn't even offer a choice. It's a medical decision, not Burger King. If something goes wrong and the patient decides to sue, what do you think that the jury will think when the doctor says "well, it's what the patient wanted"?? There is a reason he/she went to medical school :)
