I would consider myself average. I think most of the discussion here is focusing on length, but my doc's remarks during the exam was that I had a thick dick. (I've had similar comments from partners as well.) As I understand the two choices, the Titan has a larger diameter than does the AMS.

When I got my implant, my doc discussed the alternatives and I told him he was the expert and I'd run with his decision. I got the Titan and am pleased. He said it was the most appropriate for me.

Yes, I would say that the hang calls attention to itself. But I'm not a gym rat and the only one who sees me shower is my wife, who generally glances my way and smiles as she walks by. At one year from my operation, I can say that I am completely comfortable with the hang and have underwear and other strategies for dress that address what modesty I have.
