thanks for your kind gesture....I believe ur in your 80`s with ur second implant after 8 years.. my sincere appreciation of your courage to get the implant to restore ur sex life twice ..but tell me would u have done the implant in your mid 30`s over pills and injections...with facing aleast 4 revision , not only the hassel but getting through the physical / mental ordeal and most important the costs of surgeries...

Ringo, I will tell you and many of our 7000+ members will back me up... once you get the implant, your confidence will return very quickly and you will be saying that you wished you had received the implant way sooner. Well said Larry! @Ringo, post a picture. Nobody will laugh and it's completely anonymous. I did it myself and recieved some kind responses and private message from experienced wise man who will help.

Well 2 pics the one with an erection is 2 days before surgery and the other one is post surgery..yea with a penile surgical inçision right on the most sensitive area below the glans.. the surgoesn said as u are getting married I will not have the full circumferential inçision for degloving the penis ..After healing whenever I have an erections it's really weird from the above due to this surgical scar penis is short and from.below is more stretchable ..in the surgery I was told I got 150 ligations and in was too fibrosis but the surgeon told.me he never touched the tunica which is deep down.

. After surgery penis has become very dark which I believe is due to more and more scar tissue...lost about 1.5 inch in length...peniis is more inelastic and I believe I have an some sort of an internal blister or a lump just below the glans with is giving me sharp pains 24/7..was almost 5 inch erect now only 3.5 and after implant who knoews what I am.left if I get the implant...tried masterbating yesterday yes I could ejaculate but the condition of my penile skin is it is very thick and feels numb as if all the sensation buried deep in the skin..if i masterbate as per normal it feels i am cutting myself with a razor from the inside.
Video consultation with Dr Eid shows that I had peyronies since day one with minor tear in tunica and unfortunately all top uro in 3 counties and multiple testing MRI UNLTRAOUNDS CAVERSONOGRAM couldn't tell me this all they said that venous leak with no structural abnormalities or plaque and tunica was intact with minor fluid signals in between the buck fasia...
and tunica...evwrytime told to all top uro that it happned from a single episode of masterbation after which felt as if I have pulled a muscle or cut something from the inside...and most of them said I had damaged the erection related veins so I went for vein stripping ...the litrature of which was it was a short term solution ..so I though no issue it's this and then then the implant even talked to a guy who did this surgery twice and he told me each time he would be ok for 8 to 9 months..he had a inborn venous leakage..then read some guys post on the internet who was cured with my exact same sysmtoms afyer injury..
After the stripping procedure one thing more I have notice apprence of bumps on my dorsal shaft ..dr Eid thinks they might be the ligation stutures and Dr.hsu who performed surgery says it can't be as the stutures used are finer than hair ..i believe due to this surgery my peyronies has accelerated and now during healing I developed plaques as well..and the most unfortunate thing is prior to this surgery I had video consult with Dr Eid he advised me against it and told me I should be ok and told.me to get married and if it dosent work then make an excuse and come for the implant..my fucking male ego to be the perfect Alpa male and a porn star performer for the new marrige made me do it...so my sincere appreciation to everyone these 2 days have been tough still figuring out ehatbtondo next..ciao
