I did not have either do my procedure. In my opinion Peno-Scrotal is the better methodology.
Personally, if I had the money, I would go to Eid or Kramer.

Definitely two different styles. Dr. Eid is certainly very diligent about providing maximum size by measuring pre-op flaccid stretch length and erection with injection. He will then tell you what size you can expect and he will take the time surgically to ensure that outcome. He also uses spinal block anesthesia, instead of general, to relax the nervous system so that he can get maximum relaxation and stretch of the penis. He takes a little more time to do the operation. He sees three patients per day for surgery. However, the no touch technique has nothing to do with size maximization. The goal of the no touch technique is to minimize the chances of infection by not contacting the skin during the procedure. He utilizes a peno-scrotal approach with a very small incision which one could argue is minimally invasive as well.

I also researched Dr Perito and my impression was that his approach is more about efficiency and speed of the procedure and he uses an infrapubic approach. Comparing pros and cons of infrapubic and penoscrotal I came down on the side of penoscrotal. There are pros and cons to both. He is certainly a high volume provider and has many on here who have had good outcomes and have been happy with him. When researching him online I stumbled upon some news articles that implicated at some shady dealings in his personal life.

We all make choices for our own set of reasons. I have been researching the shit out of this for the last year. I've watched most of Perito's videos and read his website, I've met personally with Dr Kramer, who is a great guy, and watched a million of his videos online and I've had a phone consultation with Dr Eid and read all of his material and watched his videos as well. Also, there is tons of material on this site with men discussing their experiences with different surgeons. In the end I decided to go with Dr Eid, but that's me and my decision.

I used Hakky. Do some research on this site and you will find a lot of satisfied men.

There are only a handful of surgeons on earth I would even remotely consider for implant surgery. Karpman, Eid, Kramer, Perito and Garber. I’d feel confident of a great outcome with any of them.

Both have years experience and a reputation. Eid does all his own work. Perito often has "student" doctors he is training. I posted a link long long ago the income he has from training from a disclosure report. Another deciding factor is Eid does a scrotal incision, Perito does infrapubic. Perito is considered "assembly line" surgeon by some and Eid as recently discussed does 2 implants in a day to make sure he has plenty of time for a good fit and to deal with any issues that may pop up. Personally, I am starting to have issues with any doctor that does 5 or more implants in a day because of concerns they may rush through issues to get to the next patient or be too tired by the time they get to 6 and 7 to do decent work. Someone might do a search but at one time there was a video of Dr.Perito discussing his ability to get in and out in less than 15 minutes and the speed he did the implant was his key to preventing infection. I know Dr. Eid has argued that point before that his no touch is the key no matter how long you need to deal with issues. Perito would likely be cheaper for length of stay, lodging costs. NIH reported long ago the outcomes were similar between infrapubic and scrotal implanting but infrapubic has a higher risk of nerve damage to the penis upon REVISION because the scar tissue that grows around the tubing can also grow around the nerve. I have read that Perito refutes that. I know I can stick my dick with a pin anywhere after my infrapubic and not feel it but that first implant was a p.o.s. anyway. Perito was not the doctor for clarification.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
