It s my second implant, just had surgery few days ago (lgx 18cm+3). Had révision because one cylinder was out of thé cavernosa. It feels weird and a lot of glans buckling. After a while a fibrotic scar appeared on thé center of the penis, probably septal scar. Major lost if sensivity too.
Do you think m'y implant Can stretch this septal scar tissue ? I think that if it could, like a traction device, it could soften with time ans provide better engorgement ?
Does implant also stretch spingiosum ?
