Your only limitation will be fatigue & potential soreness!!! Do your research & get w/ the right surgeon...

I am 77. Once I come, I don't have any energy to continue. Of coarse if there was a young hot pussy rubbing on me , I probably would recover and go again.

My endurance has definitely improved over the last 2 years though...... not sure about my willpower.

This is a good question. From my experience, if you have an implant that has been expertly installed, then, if you choose, you will have a continuous erection.
By inflating to ~ 70% you will have a viable erection that avoids the stretching pain (after say 30mins) that can come from 100% inflated. So presuming a 70% inflated
erection the only limitations are tolerance to the friction of intercourse, some levels of erotic desensitisation that can come from extended stimulation of the penis, and your fitness to keep on thrusting. These parameters can be moderated to extend the duration of intercourse presuming your partner can tolerate it.
If you use plenty of lube you can lower the risk of friction pain, and if you are able to moderate thrusting you can manage the risk of desensitisation. Fitness/physical training will be important!
So in principle you can have REALLY long sex sessions.. but you'll need to design them, so that your body and nervous system can accommodate the demands over an extended time duration. Moderation of orgasms will help. But regardless... you will have an orgasm and stay erect.. so for an endurance session you need to have the commitment and fitness to continue post orgasm. Adoption of some Tantric sex practices can augment sexual endurance and should be explored to realise full potential.
