1 week out of surgery. Ams 700 Cx 21mm with rte 2 cm right side 1.5 cm left side. However the difference in size from tip to tip in1 inch plus. Is this acceptable and functional do you believe and if necessary revision wait or do asap.

That does not sound good HOWEVER....wait to see "how you heal". At one week, you all swollen and "screwed up" inside. As time passes and swelling goes down, you'll likely be better off than it seems today. Realizing that this seems kind of vague, ALMOST EVERYONE is very very worried shortly after surgery. Good luck!!

I am 1 week post op and mine is about 1/4 to 5/16 difference. I am only partially inflated. My Doc says be patient and wait for cycling.
not uncommon for some "drawing down" in the deflated state. Cant wait till I am healed.

I have had trouble with unequal length cylinders since day 4. I am making the best I can with it. My girlfriends have not complained. I feel I could be more sexually active if I did not have this. It has improved a lot and the history with this is pretty involved. As said give it time. I have the lgx so my device is different than yours. Still early so try to relax and let this play out. Talk to your surgeon. Thing is wait time for a revision is minimum of 6 months. So you have plenty of time to work with it. As said mine is not perfect but I can make it work and my lady friends like it. That is a great improvement over before implant. If you would like to talk send me a Private Message and I will give you my phone number.

It will be 2 years in January when I had my implant......after 6-7 months I noticed that my left cylinder was about 1/8" shorter.....the difference was negligible so I wasn't concerned since everything worked well......later on down the road the difference became about 1/4" and there was a slight discomfort when balls to the wall erect during sex...if I backed off just a tiny bit that discomfort was gone......anyhow I met with Dr. Eid last June and he told me that a 1cm RTE would correct this, and that it was a simple and minor matter & procedure.....he told me that because of slight curvature of my penis that the cylinder settled in......I'm having a 1cm RTE implanted in January......

Good to know that is possible. I'm coming up on one year in December, and so far everything is running hot, straight and normal. I had a 1cm offset at original surgery, 20/21cm.
