I slept with a pillow folded between my knees so my legs would remain apart when sleeping on my side. Also used balled up socks to support willy.

Hey
I'm 7 days post op. My pump was high right after surgery, I could feel deflate button pressed against the right side of my penis. If I moved the wrong way it hurt badly. My urologist told me to pull down on the pump a few times a day. Man it hurt like hell! But have 6 days of pull down, my pump has moved down. Mines was done infrapublic. I talked to my urologist today and he assured
me if I continue pulling down on the pump it would end up in right position.
