If you’re doc gave you one would you share it and let us know the doc?

Was this part of another thread? I was given an AMS video by ????? when I left the surgery center. I suppose it was the AMS RN rep. All it says is that in case of Peyronies your doctor may recommend the usage of vacuum therapy. No details and my Doc was not big on talking. VED` saved me years of stretching. Went from 4" to 6 5/8" in less than 3 months. Of course I could not use my tips to safely stretch anyway.

Inflate the IPP, then inflate the VED until uncomfortable. Stay inflated 5 minutes. :)

I will ask him and see what he has. He mentioned it in a paper titles "Strategies for Maintaining Penile Size" but he does not go into a lot of detail for any of them... Here is what it says so far;
The early and daily use of a vacuum erection device (VED) soon after radical prostatectomy may lower the likelihood of penile length loss. In a study of post-radical
prostatectomy patients, Dalkin et al. found that only 1/36 (3%) of patients had a decrease in SPL of > or =1.0 cm when VED is used regularly after surgery. This decrease in penile length loss is significant when compared to earlier studies where 48% of men after surgery had a significant reduction in SPL (P<0.0001) (8). In recent months, there has been interest in the use of VED pump 2-3 months prior to PPI
surgery because preliminary studies suggest that preoperative stretching with a VED may allow longer cylinder placements at the time of the penile prosthetic surgery (9).

Apparently, in Brazil, they allow poisonous snakes to bite their penises to get more size... count me out on that one. :)
