Correct cylinder placement
Correct cylinder placement
Found a great image to show cylinder positioning. I had not seen this before and feel it will help alot of people to establish if it is correct or not.
29 years old. Suffered with ED since 17. No known cause. First Implanted date 23/3/2018. Cylinders way too short and revised by different surgeon 2019. 22cm titan.
Cylinders still short and now pump is upside down and protruding. Awaiting 3rd revision

Rutikan how are things going? Any better?
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

Great pictures! This pretty much shows what I experienced, that my extra length was coming from down below. Now I know why. This shows the shrink to fit coffin effect that all of us suffer from. Some worse than others.

Hey, well no better really. I knew after the first few weeks there was going to be no improvement from having been undersized.
Got my revision on the 11th december so im hopeful I can be saved. And not doomed by this 'coffin effect'.
How are things with you?

Good here thanks for asking. I tend to spend less time looking on here as it doesn’t often make good reading with petty squables and some uber strong opinions causing others to stay away. Shame really as it could be a really good place for ED sufferers. Hope the revision for sure well. Who is doing it.
