Pain at base of penis, 3 days out surgery

Postby Jollyhellfarter » Fri Nov 16, 2018 11:32 pm

Ok, so it's been 3 days after surgery pain is mostly like a massive ache at the base of my penis. And now it shoots off to one side. Dr. Says he inflated me to about 50% and can feel the tubes are pretty hard for sure. But this pain is pretty rough. I know the cylinders are straight so not understanding why they seem like a knot on the side at base. You can see the indentation in one pic, then can see how it's a knot above it.....scar tissue or is something wrong. You can see how bad it goes to the side. And never was like that before.

I wouldn’t worry. 3 days out is not far at all. Your penis will probably be bruised looking soon.

Im 3 weeks out and the pain of a constantly semi inflated Titan (that refuses to deflate) is getting me down. But 3 days out you look pretty much OK, I was way more bruised and was just on 4 hourly doses of Tramadol to manage the pain

Once that starts to feel better it will probably hurt somewhere else. Mine was severe but it gets better. Takes time.

Unless you had another incision above. Then is where the reservoir was put in. It’s almost 12 inches from that point so a lot of trauma in that area. Ask your dr. But I m pretty sure that’s the reason for the pain there.

I wouldn't worry this early, you need to give it a lot more time, at least 3 weeks, then see how it is looking. If you haven't seen the video of an implant, both AMS and Titan have them, take a look, then you will better understand what your dick and balls have just been through! You will be fine, and love your new sex tool!

Welcome to the brotherhood

Looks great. Watch out for ingrown pubic hairs... if they get infected it could affect the implant device. Ice and pain killers are your friend. Once you're allowed, get into a hot tub of water and when permitted cycle in that tub of hot water.. it makes the rubber more pliable and it is easier and more comfortable to cycle in the tub. :)

I am day 2 out of surgery.. and have identical pain at base of penis (on the underside.. but wondered if mine is due to a Nesbitt's/dorsal vain ligation I had years ago.. as the pain feels identical).. the level of pain has been unbelievable.. most physical pain I've ever felt I'd say. Taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. I was offered Morphine but that gave me weird side effects of sickness and feverishness.

No idea how the op went yet.. I was kept semi-inflated overnight.. they were going to try deflating me today but I couldn't cope with the level of pain for them to even try. So think they will try again tomorrow. I had Titan - so no idea yet how well it's going to deflate/inflate.

37yo. Implanted for 1st time in 2018 with Titan. I’ve had ED my whole life, & was born with Phimosis & Congenital Downward Curvature - both of which corrected in 2009 (with Nesbitt's & Circumcision). ED remained until 2018 implant.

The pain could be from a few sources, especially with your history. Don't be afraid to tell them you are in pain and ask for something other than morphine. :)
