Hello Happy Toy,

It is me who is allowed to me to answer you.
Very well, one thinks about how to be neither a porno actor nor fine arts model...
But a little of esthetics, I do not believe that it is great to ask...
A better brilliant and slightly esthetic functional penis.
I do not know if you know the illness of peironye and its devastating effects, but I make sure you that it is very very hard.
Nothing to see with the erectile malfunction.

A hug.

Sorry if I sound that way. I'm also sorry it did not workout the way you and Ricardo had hoped. Mine is not perfect ether, I lost an inch of girth which I'm not thrilled about, and yes, when erect, it is kind of flat, but I am willing to give that up for what I have gained, a working dick. Life is full of trade offs. You have the right to tell other guys that are on this site and considering an implant that it has not met your expectations, but I don't think it is fair to Coloplast to trash them. Maybe your doctor did not fully explain the pluses and minuses of the implant. I guess my problem is is that I don't like the trash talk. Like I said before, it is not a replacement penis, it's a repaired one.

Happy or not. I’m three weeks to the day post surgery and I’m not totally comfortable yet but improving. Anyone who embarks ont this journey should be aware that an IPP is a prosthetic replacement for a failed part. It’s not a direct replacement component it’s a facsimile of what was there . Don’t be diverted from the truth by what you would like to believe. It’s not the same as an original equipment part it’s a replacement to serve in place of. So accept it for what it is a tool to make your dick work like one. Not exactly the same but much better than the limp noodle that you had. Your implant has no problems getting hard on demand. If your complaining about the gland engorgment if you didn’t have that the day before your surgery then get with the picture it’s not going to magically happen now . Pain yes if you have your knee replaced it hurts too and is it the same as the old one. Hell no but it’s better than the alternative and it takes a long time before you forget about the fact that it’s not your knee but it works you can walk and yes the implant works you can fuck . Realistic expectations, time, patience and understanding of where you are and where you were will make you a lot Happier with you new working Dick.

Saying that Titan is not good fit for short penises, is not trashing .

I have a similar situation same length a bit more girth I m three weeks post op and I’m now just starting to get a little more comfortable with my wife’s new toy.. There’s no doubt that even at this stage things are not fully healed the incision is totally and completely invisible. There is still lots of tenderness in the perineum the area on the left of the penis where the chanel for the pump was made is still a little puffy and tender as are the tips whe full inflated. I would think that in another three weeks there will be more improvement. I am grateful that I chose to go to a specialist I think that there is definitely surgical skills that benefits the patient. I know that the after care and availability to have any and all concerns covered could not be better anywhere else. I’m not saying that other Doctors can’t or don’t offer the same level of patient care. I’m just saying I’m satisfied..

"wife's new toy"
I had tenderness in the perineum as well, it was the end of the RTE's. After all of the swelling went down, I never felt it again. Maybe the swelling was forcing it a little further south than was expected. :)

OK guys, enough! Dave is correct. The implant was never intended to be the end of all of your problems. With time, and sometimes a revision is necessary, you will gain function of your penis for sexual encounters. For some people it fixes all of your problems and for others, it fixes only some and for a small percentage of others there are problems with the implant or the procedure. I have problems still. None of them have anything to do with the implant. My implant is an AMS LGX... I love it and so does my wife. Please do not take your hostilities out on each other. Your problems are not with each other, they are either with your doctor, implant or other medical issues that remain unresolved. Here is something I had to learn quickly when I became the Moderator... when you type your posts on here, your text has no feeling, no expression. Sometimes you can't tell if someone is happy, sad, mad, confused, etc. How about we assume the positive until you know it's not and by then I am probably on it like a fat kid on a Smartie. I don't want to have to lock posts to end arguments. Thanks all, for your understanding and co-operation. :)

Sorry, I did not mean to start something, I was just tired of reading all the VERY negative posts on the Titan. I have said all I need to say on the subject, case closed.

You're right, there is no need to bash one manufacturer over another. Both implants have their ideal patients and when they are not a good fit, assuming there is nothing wrong with the device, the problem is with the doctor that chose the wrong one. Everyone have a great weekend. :)
