That’s not a good record any idea why your blowing through them so fast. It does not give us new guys a whole lot of confidence.

39 year old. Primary Hypogonadism. TRT+ pills worked for years then didn't. TRIMIX for 2 years but too much pain and scarring made things worse. Implanted w/ Titan 20cm + 1 cm RTE 11/6/18. Activated and started having sex again at week 4.

All have been tubing that connects the pump to the cylinders prematurely failing. I am assuming the third is the same! I have been told this is an issue with the newer Titan with in the last five years. I love the Titan when it works, but this is taking a toll financially with out of pocket. I'm in contact with Coloplast hoping they not only cover the equipment again, which they have and should, but also willing to cover the revision as well, since this last unit only lasted 13 months. I would gladly be willing to do a revision every five years if needed to keep my boy in the game!

This is a difficult question to answer as insurance varies from state to state. All I can do is to tell you what I have in my state of KS with BCBS of KS. You can check post by me and a few posts ago by me I quoted my gold plan policy that is compliant with the AFCA or Obama care of this being covered. I will add to that with that BCBSKS this must approve this before hand. And they have the choice of who I must go to for this to be covered. My cost for this insurance is 1068.00 a month. That is 12816.00 a year. I have a 1500.00 deductible and max out of pocket 3500.00. And the policy has limits on certain things like device costs and some things are not covered.

What I would advise for you is that you contact your doctors office and talk to the business office and ask them. Good luck with this and I hope this helps. Please ask any other questions and PM me and I will get you my number if you would like to on the phone about this. Wish you all the best going forward with this.
