painful inflation

Postby Bubba1956 » Sat Nov 03, 2018 9:12 am

I am experiencing painful inflations. I am 20 days post-op . I have AMS 700 LGX implant. When I started cycling 15 days post -op extreme pain occurred. This pain felt like the cylinders were a cauctus plant. My question is ,is this caused by the cylinders expanding and lengthing? Does the pain reside after normal cycling? :? :|
I am 62 years old. Full blown Ed for 10 years. married for 18 years. my urologist dr. Kershen. Implanted October 15,2018. AMS 700 LGX 18cm length by 12 mm diameter I live in Coleman, Mi. USA : 8-) )

Bubba, unfortunately, everyone is going to give you the answer you will not like... time, time, time. Keep trying, the discomfort/pain you are feeling is normal. We all went through it. It really will get better but you have to keep trying no matter how uncomfortable it is. You have to stretch the tissue or you will not be able to achieve an erection. A bath in water as hot as you can stand will also help. The hot water will make the rubber softer and more pliable. Try cycling after sitting in a bath for 10 minutes. Another thing that helps, (not as good as a bath though, is use an electric heating pad (Sunbeam makes a good inexpensive one) on your scrotum. A hot water bottle will work too but not as well as a heating pad because the water in the hot water bottle will cool, starting the second it enters the bottle. Keep us all posted on your progress. Your bionic brothers will be thinking about you :)

Could be scar tissue breaking up. Like Larry said it takes time. Your cycling after 15 days. All docs are different as is every patients experience. I didnt start cycling til 6 weeks post op. Still got long way to go with healing. Be patient, and yeah hot baths help. Best wishes !

I read your signature and noticed that you have an AMS. Im 11 days post been cycling since day three and I thought that Titans were the only ones made out of old cactus plants. That was a very good description of how it feels. but this last day i see some albeit small improvement. We are all different keep pumping and grit your teeth.
