I'm inclined to agree totally with DaveKell. I couldn't do the moderator job for one hour much less all the time that Larry has performed that function. As I said before in this thread and others, I would not be anywhere near the level of understanding needed to make a rational decision about my ED if it were not for FT, Larry, and other mentors who have already endured the pain, embarrassment, and personal indignity that our several sinister causes have laid at our 'feet'. My personal hat is off to and I salute Larry for his ability to corral all of us cats in an effort to help each other, old and young, new to ED or lifetime sufferers.

I'd raise a glass of (name your favorite poison) to Larry now but, since my implantation happens tomorrow afternoon, I've been in voluntary self-denial. Hey...don't feel bad for me...it's only been since my pre-admission appointment two weeks ago.

Hi Edd.. Thanks for your support. Soooooooooo… how did your surgery go? Your FT family are waiting to hear all the details about one of their brothers... :)

For the most part this position is very rewarding. I remember when I was suffering with ED how depressed as I was, anything I can do to assist them just gives me an awesome feeling. I especially enjoy talking with them on the phone... it's much more personal and I can cover much more in one conversation than I ever could if I had to type it. :)

I proudly accept my parties nomination for President of the United States..... ok, not that but Moderator of the best, most informative, websites on the World Wide Web. Best collection of guys anywhere, most of whom I consider friends. Even though I have never met them in person, I still consider them friends. It is my absolute pleasure to do this job nobody else wants... Most days it's a real joy... sometimes it's a pain in the ass. I don't like chewing people out but I have to maintain civility, respect for all members, friendly atmosphere for members of the public considering joining our exclusive club and a respect for the rules. I have never claimed to be perfect, never said Dr. Brock is perfect and most importantly NEVER told anyone to ignore their doctor... question them or their opinions yes but, ignore.... ABSOLUTELY NOT. I like to inject a little humour and/or sarcasm in many of my posts, our medical conditions that brought us together is dark enough... I have to lighten up the joint. Everybody have a great day. :)
