The more you pump up an get it as hard as you can each time the better and the more things will relax over time. You honestly have to work at pumping an bending it around to help the tubes stretch and settle into place and same with cylinders they will get more flexible so when deflated it will hang better over time.

Should I try to massage and bend it also when it is not inflated? Or just when cycling?
Kent,
Don't worry. You will be fine. You have the exact same implant as I have, 24 cm, and mine hangs straight down. You can find pictures of my flaccid here.
Larry likes to say that Titans stick straight out, but just ignore him. Maybe he is paid by AMS to say that. He is very keen on telling everybody to support people and be nice, but for him to tell people with Titans that they will have a shitty flaccid for the rest of their lives is apparently ok. Is that supportive..? Different people, different rules...
Regarding your question about massage and bending. Massage won't hurt I guess, even though I don't think it will help either. But whatever you do, don't bend it.
There is nothing you can do in terms of bending which will speed up your flaccid improvement. Only time will do it. You need two things to happen.
One, your body fluids and swelling myst go down.
Two, the material in your implant must soften. This is a slow process which will give you incremental improvements during several months, even years.
My flaccid was ok after a couple of months, but continued to slowly get even better for well over a year.
Just don't bend it. You will just risk to mess something up. Either the implant itself or your own tissue.
You will be fine, take care.
