New Length New Plan

For those like MK who have severe struggles I apologize in advance. Not being intensive. Just time for me to settle for less - again - and to move on.
For 66 years my penis was straight as an arrow. Poster perfect. The night of implant surgery I came home with the right tip about 1/4" longer than the left. Days later I discovered that I was permanently maimed for life. No one would help me saw 4 different uros. Came up with a plan on my own. Now it appears that I have waited too long.
Last night I VED (Vacuum) stretched to a new length and held it for about ten minutes. My plan was to simply stretch out my shaft beyond the reach of the right tip and so become whole again. Bed time I pumped, hand stretched pumped and etc until both tips pushed hard. In bed stretched with one hand till tired changed to the other till tired then both hands. Put the heating pad on low and slept. Woke up pumped stretched pad and slept. This AM pumped again till the tips pushed hard and measured with a hang of about 4:30 angle. 6 3/8". A new length. Should have been elated, right? I am still just as crooked as I have been for weeks.
During surgery we were all gutted, more damage done than ED could do in 100 years. We were then allowed to shrink and evenly scar. A very small percentage has too much (glue) here or there the skin permanently binds and as the cylinders restretch to max length well the crookedness becomes very apparent and often cannot be over come without surgery. Even then the finished product always has scars and is never as good as the original.
My case started out differently. I was still straight the day after surgery but was doomed to deformation by implantation. Uneven tips. The right tip tore through the barrier separating the left tip and the left tip migrated into the right tips chamber. Thank goodness uro #7 discovered the problem, explained it and drew for me exactly what had happened. I went home and moved the left tip back over found 2 different FT members who had the same problem one ended in surgery.
There is a very small window of opportunity to fix problems after surgery before scarring makes it permanent. About 2 to 3 weeks. Most surgeons will do nothing for at least 6 weeks fearing to cause even more damage in the process. My stretching using VED was too little far too late. Apparently the left side of my shaft near the glans had already scarred shorter than the right side many weeks ago. It is still possible that if I daily stretched out to the 7.1" I reached in May that eventually I might get perfectly straight. But I might pull a tip in the process. And even worse I really do not want to be 7", 6" is fine. Finally my years of research before surgery had shown what I called a magic inch. Took awhile to pick it out and I have no idea at what stage in healing it comes along but most men in the studies I had that data on showed about 1 inch difference between pumped and not pumped. I think I asked this group to verify that trying to find out when it occurred. Anyway for me at just over 2 months my difference is only 1/4" immediately and 3/8" after 8 hours. Before surgery I had expected 6+" erect and 5+" deflated. Right now I have a bell ringer in my pants that is uncomfortable and very hard to hide. At work I wear clown pants to camouflage my near 24/7 erection looking lump. If I continue to stretch it will only get more pronounced. Might be wasting my time.
Before surgery I used VED hoping to increase blood flow and cure my ED. When I reached 6" I paused for a millisecond did not want to be any longer than that. But the possibility of cure forced me ahead could not stand always wondering if I could have been cured. Again I find myself at those very same cross roads.
I know me too well. Eventually I will need to know if the VED will cure my deformity. But for now I'm moving on. Totally completely out of ideas.
