radioradio wrote:Any of my bionic brothers who had a prostatectomy have difficulty with orgasms? I do. I've been reading up on this, and it seems that up to 70% of RP patients have some type of orgasmic dysfunction (DO) -- painful climax, inability to climax or difficulty achieving climax. I sure wasn't told about this.

Now that I have my implant and have "conquered" ED, its kind of a bummer that orgasms are so rare and often unimpressive. That being said, I have had some incredible orgasms since the implant, but not many, and they're not easy to achieve -- with my wife or alone.

So in reading up on this I stumbled upon articles about cabergoline, and it's success (70% in one test) in helping guys get their orgasms back. Wondering if any of you have had any experience with this drug. I am seeing my PCP on Monday and plan to ask him about it and see if he will prescribe it. Any input from anyone?

Radio,
My first Ej after implant was very discouraging. Took forever not that I minded  But instead of squirts all I got was dribbles. And not very many to boot. I'm 3 months out and no change. Used a ring once and got some squirts. That was nice increased the number too. Not ready to try meds. Cialis really let me down. Bad side effects to boot. Hope this gets better but if not that's ok who would complain about the delay? Not me. Would be beeter if it lasted longer but hey can't always have it all. In this case who cares? Not me.

I just have been cleared for sex five weeks post implant. My boyfriend is 21 and super tight, but I am having trouble cumming as well. It took me 2 hours yesterday and 1.5 hours today. I am getting a great physical workout but wish I could cum faster. It is just as sensitive as it was before implant, I don't know what the difference is. I can jerk off in about 10 minutes so it must be mental.

I second what you say about Cialis and Viagra. Using 25mg Viagra did nothing, 50 gives me side effects and marginal improvement. 100mg Cialis gives me pain in my hamstrings after without significant benefit I am getting resigned to having to finish myself off after she has had enough. Unlike you I have a spouse who likes the lack of cum.

Excellent, she must work at staying in such good condition. Lucky man indeed. (More pictures needed, LOL)

Happy Toy wrote:I'm having the same problem and I have my prostate, no other surgeries "down there". But since my implant cumming and climax are a problem. I have only cum once during intercourse since my implant. It can take a half hour jacking off with a toy before I cum, if I cum at all. Yet the other morning my wife was playing with me, my dick, and all of a sudden I came and climaxed. So does this mean it is in my head? I know I'm not as sensitive as I was before implant, when a vibrator or an electric toothbrush would get me off with no problem. Now nether one does anything for me  , I am 4 months out in a week, and was hoping by now the sensitivity would be better. Over all, I am happy with my implant, at least I can have intercourse now which was impossible before, it sure make the wife happy  .

I am 67 and have had my implant since 2013. It definitely is harder to climax and does take some work. My fiancé has to manually do me for a while and then she finishes me off in a normal fashion. I must say that part of having an implant is feeling like a man and being able to satisfy your partner whether I come or not.
Think about the alternative and that is a totally flaccid dick 100% of the time. I'm in next college football player in pride myself in my looks and I guess my virility. Without it I would lose part of my identity and that is the reason I had the implant in the first place. I did it all by myself with only my research and I was scared out of my mind.
Dr. Morey of Dallas at University of Texas Southwest teaching hospital is as good as it gets. My attorney has one and the pump failed after five years. Dr. Morey easily replaced his with a simple procedure and he is on his way to be happy again.
Sex is always been a lot more than just having an orgasm it's about getting intimate with your partner and being inside of her and making her know she's wanted.

I use trimix gel just to get the head to engorge. A LITTLE goes a long way. Believe me and the glans gets very swollen. It even causes some residual erection of the shaft.

I also inject, using a pin prick method, very small amounts of trimix at a slight angle where the head meets the shaft. That works really well to engorge the glans but it bleeds a lot. You only need barely break the skin with the needle for this to work and the chance of puncturing the implant with the needle is pretty small.
