Not usually, if it was done correctly. It MAY stick out and look like a semi if you have a Titan and you are not well hung. If you look at some of the men here who are approaching 7" they typically hang down but the guy with an average size Johnson may stick out because the weight to pull the heavier gauge material is not there as much.

The nice thing about the locker room is that you become a shower right away. I'm no longer embarrassed hitting the showers. If I am fully deflated, it looks very natural.

Some guys deflate and then pump a couple times to look a little bigger. As Larry said, it can look a little like a semi-hardon so up to you if you want to do that. I've done it a couple times and never felt like it was too much.

With me, I think the pump bulge is more noticeable since my bag is a little tighter after exercise, but it's not likely that guys are looking that closely.

I was a grower also, less then an inch flaccid to 5.5+" erect. Now with my implant, I am 4" flaccid and still 5.5" erect. Love my implant!
