I noticed the guy in the video used two hands. Can someone explain why?

One hand (left for right handed people) holds the tubing on top of the pump so it doesn't slip around while pumping with the other hand. If you slip while pumping, you will be wishing someone had a gun at that very moment, to put you out of your misery... hurts like heck. :)

I use both hands, just like that. Left hand holds the tubes on the top of the pump and keeps it in place. After 5 months, the pump is fairly easy to push, not like when it is brand new. But every time I think it's easy enough to do one handed, I get a painful reminder that 2 hands is safer. :)

I am right-handed but for some reason what has worked for me is to hold it steady with my right hand while my left hand does the pumping (and the deflate button). I'm not sure why this works for me, but I'm not complaining, that's for sure! ;)

Strange but, whatever works for you my friend. :)

But this video says nothing about VED. Anyone have that link? Oh, here it is: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1JMc2qWAp ... verified=1

My doc says not to use a pump but it seems like it could be beneficial, I’m conflicted.

I have talked with guys here who think they damaged their penises and caused their ED from bring too aggressive with VED. Perhaps doctors look at the risk vs. benefit and are hesitant to suggest it. I personally have nothing against them, but when I saw your post this occurred to me.
