Definitely have a problem. When deflated, I get a bulge on left side and left nut is being smashed. Today out quail hunting, I had to lay down in the brush and pump up my dick to collapse the reservoir. Try hunting with a hard dick. The dick starts to hurt like when cycling. Lay down and release a little, the nut smash comes back. Jamie from AMS seamed familiar with this type problem. Infrapubic install?? cause this more?? Jamie wanted to know if I wanted a referral to another doctor. Looks like I have another surgery in my future.

Back to the surgery table. Talked to my surgeon today. Surgery in next 2 weeks. He is going to reposition the reservoir. CT scan showed it to be in the wrong place. Left side sometimes on top of my pubic bone. I would have to push it back into my belly.

SURGERY 19TH 3PM. OUTPATIENT.. Ran my dogs in 5 trials this weekend. 1/2 hr each. Had to keep the reservoir empty as possible. Had to keep my hands in my pockets to hide the obvious all weekend long. Be glad to get this repaired.

The problem was not the reservoir. Found out surgery on the 19th was going to be a complete revision. WHOA!!!!. My CT scan ordered by my primary dr found a hernia. My Cancer URO who has done IPPs said it was a hernia also. Just happened to have a appt. with him today. He said the full reservoir aggravated the hernia condition. That is why pumping up my dick relieved the pain.

Wow! Glad you got to the bottom of it all. What a mess. Are you going scrotal this time? Does the urologist do hernias? Milam said he didn't. Urologists here do. I ask because it is sometimes hard to get to professions to co-ordinate a surgery. Seems they want to make sure each other's work is complete and separate so if something goes wrong, they cannot be blamed for another's work. I've tried to get combined surgeries before. Never could get it done. to me it is bullshit to have 2 surgeries when 2 doctors could get it all done at one time if they would just compromise. Take care buddy.

You're absolutely Ali... anesthesia is hard on the body as well. I managed to have 2 doctors co-ordinate their schedules TWICE, both specialists (urology & plastic surgeon)... I just love these guys. They really do care about their patients and I was so depressed at that time, I credit them with saving my life. Both of them continue to keep in touch. Every now and then I get an email from one of them just asking how I am and how things are going with the implant.

Ali, My comment was supposed to be WHOA! I do not want a revision. Finally got this dick working. Even orgasims are coming back. I am only going to have the hernia repaired.
Do these doctors even listen?? I told my gp and the surgeon that I have a lump near my pubic area. I can lay down and push it back in and the pain goes away. When I have gas the pain is worse and if I push the lump back in, I hear gurgling then I fart.
I go on the internet and find these are all the classic symptoms of a ilengeal hernia. I would do a better job of diagnosis if I just search the internet.
My gp sent me to have a CT and the report mentioned the ilengeal hernia and he still didn't figure out my problem. He even pushed the damn thing back in, and his specialty is internal medicine. He did say they don't usually hurt this bad.
