use of trimix gel for glans engorgment

I ran this question before but will try again. In one of Dr Perito's videos he just mentions trimix gel for glans engorgment. As glans engorgment is a problem with lots of us after RP, I am wondering if anyone knows anything about it or has tried Trimix gel. Any search references will be appreciated.

I've been using it for about a year. I've had trouble reaching orgasm since my third implant. I use 20 - 30 % of a syringe each time. Sometimes I have fabulous orgasms and sometimes "dull throbbers" (which are actually OK, but, better is better). Sometimes it makes my dick ache but not badly.....
Age 74 . RP Oct 2010, No erections afterwards Four Titan implants: 2013, 2014, 2017, 2021 . Coloplast Genesis malleable installed February 2025 All Dr Perito except (botched) first implant.

does Perito write the perscriptions for it. what strength? Did you ever inject trimix and did it give you extreme pain?

Yes to the prescription....1MG/4MG/ML...????? Never injected .....
