Future Cost

Fortunately, I live in a country where world class healthcare is free at the point of use, to all. Because of that, however, I don't have insurance and will have to pay out of pocket for all implant surgeries.
This is a surgery, that as Merrix pointed out, really does require the skill of a highly-skilled surgeon or the best if you can afford them and so I refuse to let standard urologists perform this procedure on me, just because it'll be free. So, what kind of cost implications can I realistically expect should I live a full life? I'm 34 now.
Assuming I get my virgin implant done by Andrew Kramer, this will cost $24k all in.
Then come the factors no one can predict, lifespan of implant, new models or technology being released and so on.
One thing is for sure, with the mental fog and emotional minefield that is ED, lifted - I will be giving every ounce of effort to my career going forward.
