I usually go around with 10- 15 pumps in my dick. Last week, I was going to be doing some heavy lifting and work on my big Caterpillar and didn't want to have my dick in the way so I completely deflated, even squeezing out every last drop then 'Popped" the pump to be sure it was locked out. AS I was working I developed a groin pain up in my left side. Now I don't usually work 8 hrs a day and not heavy work like this. Well??what the hell is going on now, I thought. Thought pump was squeezing left nut. Sitting in the hot tub feeling my implant tube, I feel the reservoir is right where the pain is. THOUGHT?? Is it the fact that the reservoir has never been this full for this long with all this hard physical activity that is causing the pain? Next day and today I do the same type of work but pumped to 10 or so pumps. NO PAIN at reservoir. Just another observation on this never ending journey.

OldBeek, Guessing here. None of us can be sure but I will pass along a couple things I been told and possible issues. Dr. Eid says routinely going around with a partial pump up (more than a few pumps) can cause problems with erosion from the cylinders constant pressure on the tunica much as is seen with mailable implants. Next, we know that at least in the first 3 months or so a failure to keep the reservoir full can cause a constricted pseudo-capsule to form around it preventing it from being able to fill and causing auto-inflation. There is reason to think this is not happening with you though because you don't mention auto inflation and you are way past 3 months post-op. if you have done this before you were 3 months post-op however maybe it is an issue. Possible it is just a minor case of developing some minor constriction and stretching it out again.

Seems that I am on to the cause of the pain. If I go deflated for a while, it starts to hurt. Inflate some and pain goes away. I am going to alternate back and forth, trying to be more deflated to stretch the area around the reservoir out. I will keep you posted as to the progress.

oldbeek, I can duplicate your pain with heavy physical work.

Observation. Still sore. I would wake up last night laying on that side and would be sore. Another P.E.T. scan shows "irritation surrounded by fluid on lower right near an implant reservoir". Scale 4.8 The mean adjustment level on the scan was 1.8 so there was several times sugar intake. I assume this is just like an arthritic joint shows activity too.

I take meds for arthritis pain. Forgot to take them to a bird dog trial yesterday. I was running two big running dogs twice. Also wearing some tighter jeans and shooting gear. No position or pressure helped. By the end of the day it felt like the devil was squeezing my balls. All I could to get my rig loaded and get home to my hot tub. Note, Ali, you need a snap-on 4 to one torque multiplier. 60#= 240#

I am familiar with that grader. Best as I remember, the Cat did not have the shaft issue in the transmission Gallion did that cost $7,000 each. Did not know of the antique cat org.
