I used VED starting 2 months after prostate removal until I was implanted on 9/5. I used Pos T Vac 1000 manual pump. I did not use VED after I was implanted.
My surgeon did not agree with that.
My only stretching is thru cycling 3x daily for 15 minutes each time.
So, no use of VED after I was implanted.

I have to add my 2 cents to those that thing normal hang is not possible. This is my 8 month post implant flacid pic. I measure 4" flacid and just under 6" hard at this point.

Your implanted penis looks very natural and is hanging very naturally.
From my point of view, you have the most natural hanging implanted penis from all pictures I see on FT.
And, what I can see from your signature, your implant was not done neither by Eid, Kramer nor Perito.

I emailed my implanting surgeon yesterday inquiring again on what is his standpoint in using VED after implant.
And answer is again NO.
His explanation is:”I don’t advice using VED after IPP as it can result in SST deformity.”
Does anyone know what this SST abbreviation stands for?
I am awaiting appointment to see him in the clinic and discuss all issues.

Supersonic transporter deformity.

Its a medical term for floppy glans. Using a VED could pull the glans off the cylinders.

First of all for that to be even possible you'd need to stretch one hell of a lot further than you are now. And second you would need a constant tremendous pressure. This guy is trying to lump you into a category that is light years away from where you are and thirdly let's that you do pull your tips out. If he has done his job properly and they are even all you need to do is stop using your implant until your penis shrinks and the tips push back in. It's not as if they are glued in. They are not just loosely sitting there held in by pressure from the shrunken penis. Long before scarring has a chance to close the openings shrinkage will take care of the problem. You can show this email to him. Mr Doctor you are full of shit. VED daily supplying the much needed life giving blood is the only way to stop the natural death of your penis that the ED you still have is slowly causing. I cannot even believe there are so many URO idiots out there who know nothing at all about the dangers of ED. It's as if they think the implant has cured it. It has not and the same thing that has killed your penis this far is still actively killing it day by day.

Good news!
Last night, I had my first implanted sex with my wife. Nothing good to talk about but it was sex with lots of obstacles. It was hard to keep my 1 inch shorter penis (3.5”) in vagina because of slipping out with moving . Started with about 75% inflated but needed to deflate to about 50% because of pain in cruss area and at the base of my penis where I have a lots of protruding hardware. According to my wife, my penis was very cold when first penetrated. The most important thing was that my wife experienced an orgasm. I was not able to reach that point.
Hopefully, it will get better and it will be more enjoyable in near future.
I hope this is glimpse of light at the end of long tunnel.

Looks so natural that looking at it you would never know that you are implanted. Are you pleased with your outcome? Is your wife pleased with it? I ask because just because it looks great doesn't mean it works great or your wife is comfortable with it..
