Thanks, I'm VERY happy with it. It's the first time in my life that I have had a flaccid dick that I'm not afraid of someone seeing and having them wonder "What happen to him?". The only part that use to be visible was the tip, or on a "good"day, the gland.

That reminds me of 7th grade when the coach gave us all the "'everyone plumbing is the same" talk and like cattle we were herded naked into the shower with total strangers. And I was very sensitive to temperature changes. And the water was anything but hot. And my little guy just climbed inside and virtually disappeared. I was teased for years about being micro size. Am very aware of how hurtful that can be. As if I had any control over it.
Well this much I can say, with an implant no need to worry about my guy going into his hidy hole. My flaccid is almost the same as my erect, cold or hot.

Andy and DougAnd,

I am 69 days behind Andi, and 28 days behind Doug.
I can just hope my penis angle will start going down but as of now (37 days post implant) it did not. I know how to properly and completely deflate it but angle stays as it is.
Penis after deflation looks wrinkled and deformed without any shape and I feel empty cylinders. I wish I can brake my conservativeness and post pictures for others to see it, but I can’t. I wish I can FaceTime or Skype someone but I do not feel comfortable doing it.
My only option is to wait and pray to get better.

MK,
The cylinders have memory even with the thinner LGX the reps say to keep it straight right after implant. What I'm saying is if that's important to you find some way to hold it straight down and flat at night. Of course that won't help increase your length. But you need to flaccid stretch all the time. I do it in the car driving even because of tip pain but it helps to stretch and keep me stretched.
Might be harder to do but for best results keep some fluid in the cylinders enough to look normal and then bend that baby straight down.
I think your problem will take care of itself as you grow longer.

No one was shorter flaccid before my implant then I WAS. Now I have 3.5+" totally flaccid. At first it did stick straight out, but as can see by the above picture, it does not now. Mine took 3 months to get the way it is now. Trust me, IT WILL GET BETTER, just give it time.

Mk,
At your stage I was 5 3/4", had started out at 5 1/4 so 1/2". Now I just hit 6 1/4 so another 1/2" .
I was pumped 20% for 5 days after surgery gave me a huge start. Still on the day of surgery I was only 4". Many guys from their pics were even shorter because of shrink to fit techniques.
Mk,
If you were still scarred and shrunk before surgery and then scarred and shrunk even more by the surgery it will take time to heal and stretch. I am one of the most impatient people I know always looking for a faster angle but you will need to heal and work it daily. As much as is safe just keep on stretching How are your tips? Do they hurt keenly when you are fully pumped? If so flaccid stretch until it subsides and keep on pumping!
The key is to s t r e t c h !!! You have the length, fight for it.

FishingTime,
But how long is that healing? I know is different for everyone but what is it in general; 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 months, 6 months or longer.
I see many are talking about “wonderful and blazing fast” progress and that lieves some of us in doubt about our own progress, myself included.
I am also young in very good health and good physical shape, very active, non smoker, non drinker, not overweight ( 6’1” and 215 lbs or less for past 18 years) I don’t have diabetes, good cholesterol levels all the time, with only slightly elevated BP which is controlled well with medication.I am wondering if then is something wrong with me?
Many here had sex at 21 day post implant. My doctor wants 6 weeks which is tomorrow 10/17.
But honestly, I am not excited about taking it for test ride because it does not look rite and doesn’t feel right.
I started cycling it at 12th day post op and my painfully inflated penis is only at 3 3/4 max. I don’t think is even useful to engage in sex.
Others with very similar length of cylinders are talking about 5+ inches at the start?
I am really wondering how accurate they are?
Honestly, I don’t think I am the worst example here but according what others are reporting YES, I AM .
Hopping for progress to start.

FishingTime,
Yes I did. I started using VED at 2 months post radical prostatectomy and used it until I was implanted on 9/5 with 7 weeks prior to implant very extensively.
After implant when activated on 9/17 (12th day post op) I was advised to do the same what you mentioned 3x day at least 15 minutes each time.
When I saw PA at 4 weeks post op he said I can play with my penis but no sex for 6 weeks. I did play 2x to orgasam and had some nice sensations which were fairly intense and I can say “better then what I had feel after prostatectomy “ which I was excited about because my orgasams after prostate removal really sucked.
I am doing cycling as instructed 3x a day but I am stuck with the progress.
My penis doesn’t have oval or round shape when inflated, looks very flat, when deflated, looks terrible, twisted to one side, crucked, complete penis rotated to the left around its axis, triangular and still this much deflated sticks straight out at 90 degrees with no sign of softening and lowering the angle.
If I knew this before I got implanted...........

Mk,
I'm not familiar with prostate surgery. But the prostate is below and not part of your penis per se. I have to assume that your loss of 2 inches was from scarring due to no erections and low blood flow, right? It sounds as if you are using the vacuum device even more aggressively than I ever did.
I can see why your surgeon chose Titan, to help the thicker cylinders stretch you out. Not sure why the VED is not making better progress. What pressure are you using? Is yours electric or hand pump? You should be seeing better faster results for all of this effort you have put into this. With 18+1 you should see at least 5.5 inches.
Mark your VED tube and look at the measurement at the end of a session. You should be at least 1/4" longer VED than you are fully pumped.
Let me know what you are doing maybe I can help
