Every uro of mine so far was totally shocked that I used VED after implant their eyes glazed over. WHY!!! These guys don't have an implant have no idea how much it hurts to daily have your cylinders do the needless heavy lifting that they have caused by allowing you to scar and shrink after surgery. The phrase stripped and flogged comes to mind. The VED will do your stretching for you with much less time effort and pain. Not to mention the danger if erosion that the tips create every time you use them to the max. You can follow the advice of these bird brains and uninformed losers if you like. I have a brain I see more of the reports then they will ever look for. I can make a wise choice. After all I've taken care of my body for decades know it very well. These guys treat everyone like a worse case patient have no idea what your personal needs are.
But if you do not know your body then slow and easy is much safer. Keep in mind that I exploded my glans with VED once sooooooo....

DougAnd,
I lost 2” of length after radical prostatectomy which seems to me that rest of my penis was pulled inside extremely hard to be able to connect rest of urethra with the bladder after prostate was removed and lots of bladder neck reconstruction was done.
I got my operative report from implant surgeon where he documented that my proxymal length was 12 cm and my distal length was only 7 cm which is totally unusual and is not encountered very often.
Does this mean that my penis is buried deep inside of my body?
At last visit, my surgeon mentioned if I get to 4.5” what was my flaccid stretched length at the consultation, that it will be my maximum possible.
I found couple of papers online about use of VED after implant to stretch the penis and regain part of lost length after prostatectomy and mainly for PD sufferers , but I am still scared to start using it especially that I did not get approval from my surgeon to use it.
I will wait 2-3 months until healing is completely done and maybe start using it later. My next appointment is on December 4 , just day short of 3 months post implant where I have some time to see if I am getting anything back from daily cycling and will approach him again about VED use.
