Congrats! Looks great, however that may change in a few days, but that won't last long ether . Continue to attach pictures as you progress. Great that you have an attentive wife, I have one as well and it sure does help. Take good care of it and DON'T RUSH IT. Time is your best friend

39 hours post surgery. Today is the day to take the bandages off and take a shower. I did that at 2am, I couldn’t wait. The pressure from having by dick constricted in galls and bandages kept it swelled and throbbing. I am black from my scrotum to my asshole. Only one scar across the front of the scrotum at the base of my penis. He told me antibotic cream and never said if I should wrap it back up or not. It’s the head of my penis that gives the most pressure and pain, not the laceration. Feels like something is wanting to bust through the head of it. I’m sure it’s pumped up to a degree, it’s very stiff but not a full erection. Wish I was lucid after the recovery to speak to him. Anyways I did take pain pill #2 at 3 this morning and actually got the best sleep I’ve had since Saturday.

That's good if you are pumped. It shortens the time for length recovery. Look at the card they gave you when you left the hospital. What does the rtes say?
AMS instructs the surgeon to wrap the penis straight. Doesn't say for how long. I only kept bandages on my stitches after they came off.
You might want to call the hospital and have them mail your surgical notes to you. They should be ready by now may even email them. That will help you know what to expect in length. So you got a CX not an LGX?

You got discharge instructions??? Did he give you any post-op care instructions prior to the surgery?

when is your first appointment? If you got no instructions how did you know to take a shower rather than a bath and know when to take the bandage off?

Day 3 post surgery. I had taken the bandages off yesterday and have taken a couple showers per day, antibotic cream, frozen peas on the nads, taken three pain pills so far. My balls ache and I’m going without underware because if the little stiffy I have. As my photo reflects the incision is at base of my penis and I feel streatching. My sack is huge and the bulb feels like a stone, afraid to mess with it until my f/u appt next week. I do better standing upright, fixed supper this evening, washed some dishes, drove to town and back and forth to the porch. I am considering going to work tomorrow, which is a Friday. I have a desk job and it will prob be rough sitting in a office chair. The only instructions I rec was a card in which I’ll attach in a photo.
