Weird, it has taken mine about 7 or 8 weeks but it already hangs down past 5 o'clock and improving weekly. My glans is significantly larger than the shaft where it attaches. It looks exactly like my dick always did except 1/4 inch more girth. (and a little shorter from prostatectomy 15 years ago. Notice Merrix's photos. I have had both implants and personally prefer the AMS cylinders. I was implanted with a Titan (22cm + 3RTE) last December. Previously to that I had grafting surgery done for severe peyronies (120deg curve upwards) I never liked the Titan, which was hard to conceal and because of the grafting surgery the Titan folds were really prominent. I have now also been advised there was a cylinder crossover which had resulted in the poor flaccid appearance that I had. I posted pictures previously under another thread.
I had revision surgery approx. 8 weeks ago where the cylinders were changed to AMS (24cm + 1RTE) I kept my original titan pump and reservoir. The tubing was just spliced in. At the same time I had another procedure done to repair the crossover. Whilst I still have not had a perfect cosmetic result the flaccid appearance of the penis is almost back to normal. The cylinders are much more comfortable. Sex is great with it. When inflated it is definitely rigid enough. I have probably lost 1/2 inch if inflated girth from the Titan. When inflated now I am 7" long and 5'1/4" girth.
For my case I prefer the AMS. I cannot comment on the pump as I have only had the Titan.
I will post some inflated/ deflated pictures when I get a chance.

???? I find that statement totally incredible. I never heard anyone suggest that. My penis could not feel more natural. It makes me wonder if there were issues with your Titan implant like not fully inflating, oversized, undersized, or something.

There have been lots of posts hear to that effect. :) To each his own. :)

I even developed a new ring/wrinkle about one third back from the head where it folded up on itself. One thing my wife said she didn't like was that my dick was fatter than the rim of the head. She said that just didn't look right to her (she's a physician). I only had it 8 months and maybe it didn't have time to soften up? I guess it's possible that Kramer didn't do a good job on the install. But Dr. Stephen Wilson was present and observed my surgery. If anyone knows how to install a Titan, it would be Dr. Wilson. He invented some of the tools and procedures. Before my revision, I spent a lot of time inspecting and playing with the actual working models that Dr. Carrion had (Kramer didn't have them). I have photos I took that I could send you. Dr. Carrion's father is one of the original inventors of the penis implant. Dr. Carrion gave me the Titan he removed. I still have it - in a jar in my closet. The LGX is soft and pliable when deflated. And it expands when pumped and shrinks when deflated. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I like the Titan pump better. But, the LGX cylinders are FAR better than the Titan. If you have an 8 or 9 inch dick with 6 or more inches of girth, then the Titan may be best for you. But for all of us 6 or 7 inchers with less than 6 inches of girth, the LGX is a MUCH better product. I had them both - and that's my opinion.

I totally agree with you.
Mine, inflated or deflated is always sticking out at 90 degrees or 3:00 o’clock position. Terrible feeling of hard plastic pieces while deflated and totally far away from normal looking penis, disfigured. My wife hates it.
Titan is not good choice for average penis.

I think you can hardly have an opinion 3 weeks out of surgery. We were all carrying stiffies right after surgery. Much of your fullness is inflammation and body fluid crowding the caversoa. Make it a point to check back in 2 months and you will have a different update, assuming you have learned to full deflate by then.

I don’t have a opinion, I am talking from my own experience so please accept it as what my wife and I feel with our fingers. We are not diabetics, so our perception of touch and feel is still intact.
The problem is that nothing feels normal. You might be exceptionally lucky guy, but many here are not of same luck so allow us to express our feelings.
Someone with same or very similar problem might be of help to us needing help.

There was little luck associated with my implant. I am one of hundreds done by just a single doctor every year. I am not questioning your opinion of how things are in the same month you had surgery. I am pointing out that an implant 3 weeks out of surgery cannot be compared to one 3 months out of surgery much less a year out. I don't want guys with any model of implant thinking where they are at 3 weeks is how it is because the community of brothers know things will change dramatically. I don't want those considering an implant to thinking a 3 week assessment has any bearing on what an implant is like because it doesn't; not in pain, not in length, not in girth, not in angle, not in stiffness, not in ease of pumping, not in deflating, not to mention much more.

Agreed! You have to give it some time. I hated my implant at first but over time, I got used to how it worked and it has become part of me. I don't even notice it's there unless it's go time. Now I couldn't imagine my live without it. Oh by the way I chose my AMS CX over the Titan due to the flaccid state. I did lose some size at first but used the stretching routine that's on here and I'm back to where I was before.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

There is NO doubt if flaccid state matters to you an LGX is the way to go. You get a shorter deflated implant. That is their main selling point that is bandied about on their adds and it delivers.

If I had a 14 " dick or maybe even an 11" dick I would care about my flaccid length. From things I read on here before getting my implant, I was a little worried I would not be able to hide it in thin suit pants, shorts, or swimming trunks. I made up my mind however that (1). girth was the most important thing to me. I used to have an 8" dick of average girth. If I was not gentle inserting the last inch I could cause some distress in the middle of what should be a pleasure for my partner. I frankly wouldn't care if my flaccid dick was a corkscrew if I could pick up some girth, and I have gained girth already at 7 weeks. (2) I did not want any RTE's and the 2cm increments and the fact that Dr. Eid sizes up and trims the implant before he will use an RTE appealed to me. That helps provide the upward pointing erection I hoped for, which I also got. (3) I wanted a smaller more round pump.

Oh, back to hiding it in clothes, I have not tried wet swimming trunks yet but at 7 weeks, my 6 1/2" dick is not even a slight issue in suit pants, basketball shorts, or any other clothes and I know I am not even at maximum dangle and flexibility yet. As far as wet trunks are concerned, I hope it does show because it will look like what it is, a big flaccid dick, certainly not like a boner.

Finally, I read a lot of guys, mostly AMS guys complaining about oval dicks that are no longer round. I am not sure that would bother me a ton but according to Dr. Eid, the Titan cylinders are prone to press against each other and force the spongiosum down rather than giving it a space to nest itself up and right between the cylinders. This makes for a more round penis natural looking penis especially if you get some glans involvement when aroused.

The reality is if I have a penis that gets hard on demand and it is sized properly from rear to tip, all the other stuff is minutia
