I recently had an ams 700 cx implanted and was wondering about the info I got in my dicharge papers. What can I expect as far as size with these dimensions....
Length 20 cm ( 12.5 proximal 7.5 distal)
18 cm cylinders and 2 cm rear tip extender bilateral

I have a 15cm with 5cm rte and have 6 inch length. The 15 starts right at my pubic bone. the rest is inside.

Opie,
I have a CX with 21cm cylinders and a centimeter RTE. I walked into this with a 6 inch cock and six weeks later I still have a 6 inch cock. Depending on where the Doctor measured, yours was 12.5 cm from the edge of the corporotomy to the crus. That's 5 inches. Add on the head and you're probably looking at 5.5 - 5.75 inches.
Time will tell. You're still swollen I bet, so don't even think of measuring anything for a few weeks. Stuff's gonna change by then.

Impossible to know since the portion of the implant that is internal will vary with every individual.
