I am getting some pains ,two, worst is needle stick in the urethra starting at the tip and going down almost to the root of the penis on left side.
One; my right not is being pushed against my leg and above the pump housing, bulb kinda pushes down and towards the back and then the left nut is way down in the bottom of the scrotum with the other side of the pump housing in front of it along with the 3 tubes. If I sit my right leg crushes my nut on one side and basically my left leg is sitting on the other nut!
Driving down the road yesterday needle pain came out of nowhere trying to adjust and drive almost caused me to wreck. Had to stop at a restaurant and run crawl to their bathroom.
Looks like the tips of both cylinders might be crushing my urethra? Do those tips ever soften? they are both rock hard and bulbous and palpable under my glans.

No, they do not get soft and should not show, but you can feel them. Are you inflated?

Can you call the doc or their assistant and be seen if needed?

Seeing him Monday. Have a slightly inflamed stitch about as pink as the inside of your cheek. Oozing some clear fluid as well. I wonder since these pains are fleeting if they are just my emotional state. How much intermittent pain from stretching ,from inflation, is normal? It's not like I can take a oral pain med because the pains are in different spots and fleeting. I guess I could carry ampules of morphine around ? I just want everything to be perfect. It's not a and I think I am fairly wound up about it which causes blood sugar issues , PTSD symptoms which equal me not being to tolerate pain normally. What would be a #2 level pain normally is a #4-5 level pain to me when I get in these situations.
Side note : on pains I noticed it felt like my scrotum lining was inflamed when trying to push the bulb to inflate it burns almost and in getting to the valve I feel like I am pushing on capillaries ? A nerve ,regardless ,some part of my anatomy and uncomfortable as long as I am putting pressure on the button.
Side note 2: did your dr move one of your testicles to make room for the pump housing? My right testicle is high right and by high it's hitting the tendon that attaches to the pubic bone. As much as I try to feel the cord going to it I can't. I feel the pump and the tubes and I am kinda wondering if the cord is tangled in the tubing. Either way it's not coming down.

Burning is normal. I felt like I had rubbed alcohol on my scrotum. It will get better and before long pumping will be totally painless.

I’m on day 11 and it still hurts my scrotum to pump. Just figured out to do about 10 pumps, wait and then shift the bulb a little so I’m pressing on a different area for the next 10, and repeat.
My right testicle tends to ride higher now and I think one of the tubes may be crossed with the vas diferens (if that’s what it’s called)? If so, I wonder if the doc could move the testicle back around the tubing using ultrasound to guide them?

That's what I did early on, 2 pumps, wait a minute, two more pumps, find a new area of skin to squeeze and do a couple more pumps. Also, I prefer to cradle the pump ball in my 3 fingers, in a cupped position and press with the wide area of the thumb to disperse the pressure. Some show using a thumb and the side of a bent index finger but it hurts more and is easier for the ball to shoot out of your grip which is no fun.

Tsanchez,
I had my implant on 9/5 ( 6 days ahead of you). I had a first post op visit on 9/17 and doc was positively surprised how well I healed. He first deflated it completely and I did not have any pain, just slight discomfort. He asked me if I want to learn how to inflate and deflate. I said “yes, let’s do it” and he inlflated it fairly well constantly asking about pain which I did not experience at all. He then asked me to deflate it completely and then to inflate it again. After this, he told me to play with it as much as I want. He told me to keep it inflated twice daily starting with 10-15 minutes and slowly increase it. He set my next appointment on 10/3 with his PA so I can discuss whatever I experience with implant cickling so we can trouble shoot if anything comes up. My pump is to hard but I’m slowly able to add more pumps each day.
