13 days after implant, here and have noticed what I would assume are partial erections. There is some movement, not substantial and some associated pain, although mild. A previous thread was addressing one person’s troubleshooting a similar issue, however, I’d like to ask the forum...is having partial erections with small movement a good thing or a bad thing? I also ask if anyone knows physiologically if this is a harm or a hinder

Totally good thing. My bloke gets a bit active when he senses he is going into battle.....it’s a reminder for those of us lucky enough to experience it that we retain part of something we once had in full operation.

I'm 90% sure I'm joining the "hood" soon.
I do get some spontaneous action on my bloke (his name is Willy).
Can I assume my glans will swell when ready to see some action after getting an implant?
I have some other questions, but one-at-a-time for now.

As I understand it (and I could well be wrong) engorgement of the glans is physically not tied to engorgement of the shaft. So, the possibility of going full mushroom after implant remains. I recall reading that viagra may promote this.
My own experience has been that my glans doesn't swell, and it remains a bit cold by comparison with its pre-operative state. These deficiencies do not, however, pose a problem in wielding the mighty sword for mutual pleasure.

Generally, glans enlargement post surgery is the same as it was pre surgery,

Yep same issue here ! had surgery on 21st of Aug 2018 and now NOW get morning wood and semi firm to hard erections all day long. Dr said "well just go deflate it!" Sometimes easier said than done. Whole point of the pump ? right?

Kosh200,
A Titan is always a lot stiffer. It's the nature of the Beast. Make sure you completely deflate. Wring that sucker out. You ain't gonna hurt it.

Just to clarify, I have not activated the pump yet. I have moments throughout the day where I feel it lift a bit. Not much, but a bit. There is some associated pain as well(I am nit far off from post-op) I was laying next to my wife on the couch and I had my hand on her ass. Up it went! It never went higher than 3:30, but it did go up, then down. I’m chalking this up as a good thing. Physiologically, I don’t know if this will affect my healing.

Kosh,
Put me down as engorgement is not only great it is perfectly natural and desired. You have three tubes inside of your penis. The implant only fills two of them. The third one surrounds your urethra and is the primary glans filling erector. I use VED to help activate my third tube. Now it does it naturally like it is supposed to. Don't get me wrong no more than a chubby for sure. But chubbies can be fun, arouse the glans give it sensitivity and all that. Plus it is very healthy to gets the blood flowing. During VED my very saggy two filled tubes also fill with blood but that does not last, a minute or two at best. Also healthy for your penis.
