My little stiffy bothers me???

I am 2 weeks post op. Was deflated on Monday 9/17 when had my first post op appointment. Surgeon was pleased with healing and decided to activate. He showed me how to inflate and deflate and asked me to try it. I did and it worked, was able to inflate and deflate successfully. I was told to play with it as much as tolerable and if I have any questions and observations, I can discuss it on my next appointment on 10/3 with PA.
Here is the problem for which I don’t have a solution.
Maybe someone experienced could charm in with useful advice.
When deflated, my little 3” penis is still hard and sticking 90 degres out. I can not bend it up or down, not bendable at all. Yesterday, was wearing khakis and it was really painful because of strange position in the pants.
The other day, when I was wearing scrubs (nursing uniform) it was sticking to much out. My surgeon told about new device needs to be broken in to soften same as new leader shoes ( his analogy).
I am wondering how long it takes for cylinders to soften and penis to be bendable in underwear and more comfortable.
I welcome any advice.

First of all be certain you are totally deflating. I was partially deflating and because I felt folds or dog ears in the cylinders I thought I was totally deflated. I was not. I learned to press the release valve hard while squeezing the penis with the other hand using different grips to get all the fluid out. It helps to lay flat in the beginning weeks and helps more to lay flat in a tub of hot water IF you are allowed to do that at this point.

Otherwise get infant baby socks at Walmart. They offer lots of protection from rubbing. I prefer the white plain ones rather than the ones that say lMommy’s Little Buddy”

You should when fully deflated be able to bend upward. If you can soak in a tub then after deflating actually fold or crease the flat cylinders at the base so they buckle more easily. In time, the cylinders soften. Inflation, deflation, and message will speed that to a degree. Also the remaining swelling around you cylinders will reduce and things will get better. At 6 weeks I could almost walk into a public shower without everyone running out.

In time your Titan will hang VERY naturally and give you a little more substance than you would otherwise have.

I'm slated to get a Titan too as apparently, I'm well endowed and girthy. Is the Titan more flexible with length? I'm thinking that I will be able to bend it up and to the left like the few times that I get wood now.

I am 13 weeks out and mine has soften up a lot already. I normally keep mine a little inflated, like the firm feel, but when completely deflated what there is of it, about 3", hangs down to about the 5 o'clock angle. For the first month + it would not go below 3:30 or 4. I cycle mine at lease 2 times a day and have since week 6. I have not taken any pictures of it completely flaccid lately but I will.

Yes, I feel flat deflated cylinders inside of my penis but my penis still looks and feels erect and is pointing out at 90 degrees or 3:00 o’clock position.
This Friday, I have to wear scrubs and feel very uncomfortable with erection visible. I have real baggy scrubs but still it will be catching attention from others.
