How did you relieve it

I would postulate pulling the pump down till it settled lower might take care of this. At 6 weeks it might take some work but I managed to tear my tethering loose by rough use (???) at about 16 or 17 months.

Alibaba, that’s what I thought. I assumed they were cylinder dog ears but apparently he says it is tubing wrapped around the base. Also on pump repositioning, Dr Eid told me I could not try to reposition mine after just 6 days because it was already scaring in place.

It will pull down with time. My URO said don't touch it for 4 weeks. The pump was up to the left and close to my left nut. With time at 16 weeks and pushing it down in the hot tube, the pump is at the center bottom of the scrotum. I also feel my tubes going up to the reservoir at the left base of my penis. I live with it.

With a package like you have, from what I can see, I don't think anyone will notice the tubing. How about a picture of the whole thing?

I had same issue with my tubing, it was so close to the surface I had to have a revision. This time the tubing wraps around the cylinders and is tied together to keep them straight. I also had him move the pump lower in the testiculs which I find much more comfortable

Looks good and the pump looks like it is a good location.

I am curious here. Tubes wrapping around at base, pump too high, etc. I wonder how things can get so turned around! I mean, unless the implant was put in with tubing tight to begin with, I don't understand how it can wrap itself and become tangled! Can't they use a form of a zip tie on the cords at the initial implant with instructions to gently pull and hold pump down for 5 seconds so it doesn't ride up?

I'm no expert, but in my opinion the reason it inflates sideways is because they way the tubes are routed. Look at this photo, see how the tubes are tucked in between the cylinders? Mine were routed around the outside causing the right cylinder to be pinched when it is inflated. I am searching for Urologists in my area that accept my insurance to have this corrected.

Yep, I can see it, but my Dr. has put the resevoir up in the cavity by my right nut. He had to take it out because it was infected, but I can see where the tubes would tangle up. I work with computers, so the zip tie thing is what we do for all the fucking cords we have to deal with and keep straight, lol.
