Infrapubic or penoscrotal

I had infrapubic. I am skinny and I can see and feel the tubes over the top. They put in 5cm of RTE to get the tube outlet beyond my pubic bone. I can feel the tubes entering my cylinders. The base of the inflatable part attaches right at my pubic bone. It works but the area around the tubes is tender at 22 weeks post op. Some how my left nut feels to be attached to the pump. I think it is scar tissue. I have testicle pain when working. Getting an appointment with URO to discuss this. Do it over again? I would get scrotal approach and probably would go to EID as I was planning to do in the first place. Pubic approach you have 3 tubes on top of your pubic bone. Scrotal all you have is the 1 reservoir tube in that area.

Are you sure what you feel is your testicle attached to the pump? Dr. Eid told me that is a sign of infection. Does your pump feel normal like in the beginning?

In UROs healing process, he pumped me up to about 90% and said don't touch it. I said how about pulling the pump downed keeping it moving. He said DONT touch it. At the end of 4 weeks it was almost completely attached to my left nut. I worked at it in the hot tub for 4 weeks pushing them apart. There is still something that is somewhat attached to the pump.

There is a third type of approach (involves degloving the penis). Why not consider it?

Hell no,
Degloving is only used whenever necessary, usually in a case of Peyronie's. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to recover. My infra pubic insicion healed in less than 3 weeks. I was back in the saddle in 28 days. Riding easy of course.

I’ve heard it said more than once that the infrapubic approach requires the tubing to loop over the top of the cylinders. How is this if the tubing exits st the bottom of the cylinders? Is this incorrect or depends on the surgeons technique?

Titan has different sets of tubing depending on the approach which means tubings are different for penoscrotal from tubing for infra pubic approaches.

One thing universal among the doctors I saw about my infrapubic horror implant. They all stated that it is a method that should only be used on men who are overweight.

I fucking totally disagree. My incision was infrapubic and there are absolutely no tubes at the top of my penis. All the tubing is below my penis. The only tubing I can feel is what's connected to the pump. Regardless of the approach, a great surgeon does it right. Like mine did. If your near Orlando FL check him out. I'll be 2 years in the 4th. My surgery was flawless and my Surgeon was the best for me. In my humble opinion. I have 5.5 cm in RTEs (4 cm and1.5 stacked). My erection is towel hanging hard and there is absolutely no hinge. Works for me.
