Is the loss of feeling post-op more pronounce based on the implant technique, scrotal vs abdominal?

It's takes me longer to cum but my orgasms are more intense. I assume it's due to the fact that I no longer fear that I may lose my erection before I came.

As long as I can remember, my orgasms have always been screaming intense. I rarely have any difficulty coming. My penis has always been super sensitive. I couldn't rub the head of my dick after masturbating it was so sensitive. The implant has greatly decreased the sensitivity but for me that is not a problem at all. I couldn't be happier and neither could my wife.

Gentelmen , i think what you all are saying is a thread to me.
I got some loss of sensetivity in natural , morning mood appears strong then when i wake up and walk , it sleeps down again but if i get an implant it will decrease sensitivty more than it's right now , means i will orgasm after a complete half of the day ? 12h/24h ? This is a hard calculation avoids dissapointement .

Dude,
No case is typical. Who can say how an implant will affect you. One thing for sure, you will be able to fuck anywhere, anytime, for as long as you want.

Maybe in that case , i will start sexless by injections or viagra maybe just for the babies . i don't care about the conflicts that will happen the first 10 years , when babies will appear and as i want a son or 2 more than daughters bcz of my legacy and for the sake of my corporation that i will create as a successfull young man .
Then i will do the implant to shut down the conflicts or may i will be lucky enough to make an other babie by it.
