I know this topic has been covered in many threads but I’m hoping for some suggestions for the gym specifically I’ve been through all the previous underwear threads and tried the RBX compression shorts for the gym but ended up with some chafing from shaft and tip rubbing on thigh.
Besides dousing myself in cornstarch has anyone found a good choice for underwear? The David Archy’s were a little to restrictive and held my bulge a little prominent in gym shorts.
Right now I’m wearing RBX with a sock to stop the chafing but it gets really hot and would like an alternative.
Thought about commando but I’m pretty sure there would be too much floppy printing.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I am not to the point of choosing gym underwear yet. At this point, if I went to the gym everyone would run out of the shower when they saw my "deflated" penis pointing at them.

I'm commando most days. For gym I'm fine with just regular jockstrap. I'd have a decent bulge no matter what I wore under there.
