My Journey to the Brotherhood

Postby andrew1959nj » Sat Sep 08, 2018 4:51 am

I am scheduled to be implanted 47 days from today. Reading the posts on FT of others, that documented their journeys was instrumental to getting me here. So in that spirit, I will document my journey and maybe it will help other men.

So, I'm 59 years old, 6', great smile and still have most of my hair in all of the right places. LOL I have been told that I have a beautiful cock and fit has been an issue with some women. It's not of porn star proportions but clearly on the north side of the bell curve. I have been VERY active most of my life and was a martial artist for 25 years so I was very healthy. Here is a little twist, I have also had spinal MS my entire life, which was only diagnosed 3 years ago. I believe that my MS has been a contributing factor in my ED because after age 48 my cock sensitivity diminished greatly. I was married over 30 years and when we were in our teens we had sex 2-3 times every day. So, for me sex wasn't an issue, it was pure pleasure, enjoyed at will.

I didn't realize that I had ED until I turned 50. I had just gotten divorced and started dating for the first time in over 30 years. In short order, I found my dream girlfriend, successful, beautiful and very sensual. Being an Aries man, this was an awesome match and the sexual chemistry was at least a 12 on a 1-10 scale. NICE! Sooooo, it was a very rude awakening the first time we attempted sex and I had nothing. OK, a little performance anxiety, with practice we can work through that! ;) After many good old-fashioned college tries with NO results, I went on a search for the best Urologist in the area and found Dr. Sadeghi. He is one of the most competent doctors that I have ever met and after some high tech testing he determined that my blood flow was very good, but I had a "leaky Cock" (my term) and was borderline of physically being able to maintain an erection. Since then we have tried everything sometimes achieving good results where I could have sex and climate vaginally. Each time my success would be short term 1-2 months.

Fast forward to today. My partner is a VERY sexy lady and is a wonderful one too. Her sex drive has diminished greatly after a hysterectomy several years ago so our lack of sex isn't a deal breaker, although there are times that kitty could use a good feeding and I got nothing! LOL I think that she suppresses her sexual desires too so as to not hurt my feeling. Baby, get sexy and don't worry about my feelings. LOL As a Virgo, they are not a people to start a task that can't be finished, so I'm sure there is some pent-up demand in her too. GOD do I hope so! ;)

So I have done a ton of research over the last six months on the procedure and the two big device vendors. I have spoken with five men who have had an implant and even went to a show and tell. I have signed all of my documents and I am scheduled for a Titan implant on Oct 25th.

It is often said that size matters and nowhere is that truer than cock size. LOL Now I have been blessed with a healthy size cock. I'm not looking to make it bigger but I don't want to lose any length or girth either. After all, for those women where fit was a challenge they were so committed to meeting the challenge. LOL I will say that no matter how large your cock is if you can't get it up or keep it up, who cares!

Use it or lose it is another tenet of life and it holds true for cocks too. If you don't get regular erections, shrinkage will set in. The size of one's cock at the time of implant is what determines the size of the implant used. I brought this issue up with Dr. Sadeghi two days. I still take generic viagra by Pfizer and trimix just to masturbate as I can't climax stroking a limp noodle, but my average size seems to be shrinking some:( He gave me a card for a company called http://www.gesiva.com that sells FDA approved vacuum devices. Dr. Sadeghi said that given that I have nearly two months before surgery, using a vacuum device would help maximize my cock size safer than using needles and trimix as needles create scar tissue which becomes a gating factor for implant size. When I first went to their website and saw their prices and thought dam, I can buy an electronic vacu-jack at the local adult store for less than half their price. Anyhow, I am nervous as hell about having an implant done. If I am going to have this scary procedure done, I want to do all that I can do to ensure the best and safest outcome. ie, biggest working cock, no infection! Having know Dr. Sadeghi for over 9 years I trust him and called the Gesiva number (952) 843-8439 and spoke with Tom. After I explained who I was and my situation I called him out on their price. I'm glad that I did. Tom covered a lot of material that I didn't know. It's possible to abuse your cock by pumping too hard and causing tissue damage that can impact the success of the implant.

For me, he recommended using it twice a day inflating it five times each session. I'm not using the cock rings that come with it because it is more effective to cycle too hard and go soft 5 times than to get and hard and hold it. It's like stretching your muscles.

I just got the device yesterday and have used it once. It is easy to use but the key is to use lots of lube! I have a large cock and the skin sticks to the sides of the clear vacuum tube once I press the suck button. The instructions also say to trim your hair and apply lube around the opening so that the device can form a tight seal against your body. I had no issues forming a seal.

PS: I am using names of doctors and products because it may be useful, but I am not being compensated in any way by my doctor on this post by Gesiva. Also, I'm just a man who wants to be able to fuck again. I'm no doctor so don't take any of my personal stories or information and construe it as medical advice.

Andrew,

I am in a similar situation. I was diagnosed with MS in 2016, but have suffered with serious ED for the last 5 years or more. It's likely the ED was the first presenting symptom, but the doctors really couldn't put it together until I started having frequent seizures and undergoing frequent MRIs.

The pills were a liability for me, and I wasn't interested in injections and devices to get wood. I asked my urologist for a referral and found my surgeon that way. He has been fantastic, and he told me just Thursday that I am healing perfectly.. I'm a modern art masterpiece. I'm in no pain 19 days post op, and am cleared by him to pump up and bang with wild abandon.

I knew the moment I came to in the recovery room that this was the best thing I could have done for myself. Yes, I am a little shorter and a little more oval, but I fully expect over the next year to gain a little girth. My wife really didn't like the cervical assault device I had before. She thinks now that when we're ready for relations I can do so with a little more confidence and not worry about pushing her uterus into her chest.

The recovery road is different for everybody. But the end result is almost universal. Once you are healed and you start to see what you can do now, you'll wonder why you waited so long.

Rok,

That is good to hear. I learned to be an optimist and always seek out the possitive because there is too little of it and its easy to walk right past it. When I read post like yours I'm pretty sure that I wont have to look "so hard" for positive things in the bedroom, beach or park! lol

I have been using the pump, generic viagra and porn to keep my cock near its full size in preparation for my 10/25 new birth date!

Today I got a rejection letter from Aetna for my new cock. I'm submitting a Review Request it as I meet all of their stated parameters outlined in Aetna's Clinical policy Bulletin number: 0007

Hang in there Andrew, it’s common to have to appeal. Just be sure you’re doctor pulls together all the evidence and don’t take no for an answer. ;)

Thanks, Tsanchez12369,
My Urologist/surgeon knows, diagnosed and has treated me for 9 years. The other component is my MS which he knows about but doesn't have records of. I'm preparing a package for the "review request". It will include my MS diagnosis from my Neurologist with my MRI's that show demyelination of the nerve bundle that goes to my cock. I'm sure that it will be approved but I don't want to lose my 10/25 surgery date. It is my Christmas present to myself this year, and I can't wait for my partner to put it to good use! She and is willing to write a letter of recommendations! LOL

For those of you who have Aetna and are considering an implant or any ED treatment, here is a link to Aetna's Erectile Dysfunction policies as of March 2018. www.aetna.com/cpb/medical/data/1_99/0007.html
