Woke up one night and could not believe my eyes. The knuckleheads who implanted me got my tips off by 1/4". So my penis flaccid is bent 90 degrees to the left. And when I pull it straight the head cocks down like a steep ski slope. Well I awoke to find my flaccid penis perfectly straight and my glans fully swollen!
The penis has 3 blood filling chambers. Two of these are gutted during surgery and filled with the penile prostheses. The third which surrounds you urethra remains untouched. And it is the main one that inflates your glans. Well before surgery I was completely impotent, not activity going on down there, over and completely out until VED therapy. Then I began to have chubbies, too soft to use but better than nothing. Now after implant these chubbies are on steroids. Very nice, very nice indeed. I don't know if they will last but I had just began using VED therapy again and well it worked before apparently it is working its magic again. No complaints here.
Now when I think about the go ahead to have sex in two weeks I become aroused and straighten right up fully deflated.
After all of my needless anxiety I needed something like this.

Your "chambers" are not gutted, just pushed aside. I still get semi erections from time to time.

No, in fact, they remove nothing. The cavernosal tissue is like a sponge-like tissue in the chambers. This tissue easily collapses and compresses and gets pushed aside. Some of it might well get torn (I am not positive about that) but nothing is removed.

So it's all still there, it would also make everything more natural and smooth I suppose. Having that insulating material around the shaft. Probably helps make it look so natural and comfortable too.

I am not at all sure it adds much padding or even surrounds the cylinders. I suspect the actual spongy tissue is very fragile tissue with little density more like a web of spongy tissue.

The tunica is slit and the implant is pushed/pulled in next the sponginaous material
