I can pump infinitely with no change. Does this mean I have reached full inflation?
28 year old with severe lifelong ED.
Implanted in New Delhi on 26/12/19 with AMS CX (15x12) + 4cm RTE
Post op length 4.5 inches from ~ (5.5 to 6) inches. Disappointed!
Wish to have a revision to LGX some day.

Can somebody tell me if my implant is fault. After a certain point I pump infinitely with no change.

I can squeeze my inflation bulb 30-40-50 times after I have reached full inflation. I can get a small dent in the bulb, but the implant does not get any firmer or larger. I speculate that the implant is maxed out (against its own fabric or against my tunica walls/length) and the tiny bit of fluid that small dent moves is consumed in elasticity of the tubes or of the bulb or a bit of backflow as the one-way valve closes.
In short, I am pumped to the max I can get that day and no fault of the implant.

...or its possible that the doctor precisely filled the reservoir with the exact amount of saline that was needed and further pumps beyond that result in no movement of saline because there's no more saline to move.

I think my LGX has room to grow but my dick has no more room to stretch. At 35 pumps the bulb gets very hard and my dick is very much in pain. 9 pain on a scale of 10. Some guys pump and pump with no pain. If the reservoir goes dry the pump will squeeze easily and nothing new happens.

Modern pumps have a safety feature that bypasses the cylinders and pumps directly back into the reservoir. After the first hard squeeze depress more slowly. Then use small micro squeezes. You can also wait 30 minutes and while already fully inflated try again. Should easily get 2 more half squeezes. But yes at some point you have reached maximum safe pressure and the pump just deflates again and again. It prevents any possibility of tip penetration.
