Thanks for your encouragement and support. Also, thanks for recommending Dr. Khera. He is great guy with excellent bedside manors.
When he talked to us on Thursday, he said I will be pleased with outcome. He did ventral phaloplasty also and I can already see the result. It will look good after completely healed.
He encountered problem with reservoir placement secondary to excessive scaring after RP and needed to make extra 2” long cut half way between my umbilicus and penis which is vertical.
So far, can only say good things about Dr. Khera.
I am glad I went with your recommendation.

Post OP Day 4
Day started good with less swelling compared to yesterday. Scrotum is becoming slightly itchy- I think this is good sign oh healing. No pain at all with usual discomfort which is easily tolerable and does not bother me.
Incisions are dry. Incision above the pains and underneath of umbilicus looks nice and flat with glue on top of it.
My scrotal incision is large and looks somewhat uneven with rough approximation which I hope it will straighten and flatten nicely as healing is progressing. Did not take pain meds at all. Before going to bed, plan is to take plain Tylenol.
No change in bruising. Still very noticeable in size and colors.
Hard part is to have penis erect. It is starting to bother me.
Looking forward to healing.

I know it’s too early, but have you done any measuring? I am a day behind you with surgery and still have swelling, but I just had to measure. I know it’s just a number and not what will be useful, but I measure 4.5” Anyone with implant, is it too early to measure? I got implanted on 9/6. Just curious if you have done the same MK

No, I did not measure it. In this state it looks like around 3” and I am about 70% inflated. Still have good chunk of swelling in my pubic fat-pad. You are 18+3 and I had 18+1 so you will have more length then I will.
I am very positive,won’t need to dig for it every time I need to pee. I had severe turtle syndrome with only half of glans was visible after my radical prostatectomy. I had also severe scaring so my doc needed additional incision half way above penis and below umbilicus for reservoir placement.
I have first post op appointment with surgeon to take a look at healing and deflates me.
I was dreaming about my erectins after prostatectomy and hoping to see them in real life but it did not happen.
Now, I am complaining how hard is to have erection for days and can’t wait to deflate it.

OK. I was actuAlly left undeflated. I just want enough please me and my wife honestly. It’s easyvto get hung up on the numbers game. Is your reservoir causing you issue? Sounds like it just needs time to repair itself. I have been off narcotics for two days now and seem to be healing well. I hope you are doing the same

My second incision for reservoir placement is on belt line so underwear and shorts goes over it and irritating it. I am sure, it will be more irritating once I start wearing pants and belt.
As for pain meds, TH, Fr & Sa I took 100 mg of Tramodol before going to sleep. Yesterday, I only took one plain Tylenol and for today, in the worst case might be another Tylenol.
As for BM, I am totally regular, no problems with constipation.
Getting and feeling better day by day.
