I started using a VED on my implanted penis at about 10 months post surgery. My VED equipment is made by Vacu-Tech (www.vacutech.com) and includes a hand pump with vacuum gauge which reads vacuum in units of "in. Hg". Before beginning I consulted with my surgeon, who was skeptical of any benefit that could be derived but also noted that he though it couldn't hurt. I was not advised on a protocol; what I'm about to explain is my experience from trial and error.

I use the VED on an inflated penis, at about 30 pumps to start off with. I use a water based lube to help make a seal with the VED. I will pump the VED to 4 in. Hg and hold for 10 minutes, making sure to keep the vacuum at 4 in. Hg ( it tends to drift down over time). After 10 minutes under vacuum I release the VED and let the penis rest for 10 minutes. During the resting period I give the implant another 10 or so pumps. I repeat this process 2 more times during my session. At present I'm only doing 1 session per day.

Observations:
1) A fuller more rounded cock. Prior to using the VED my erections is more oval in shape. This effect will last several hours now.
2) Engorged and enlarged glans. Usually this will subside once the vacuum is removed but I noticed glan re-engorgement if my VED session is followed by sexual play.
3) While anecdotal, my wife has commented that my cock seems longer and larger following VED treatment. Always a plus!

I would love to hear if any others out there have has similar experiences and what protocol they are using.

I have permanent increases in length and girth. Is it because of the VED protocol or the LGX??? Who knows but I am lovin the results none the less.

Mike, this is very interesting and I was excited to read it. The problem is that a critical part of this report is missing. Rather than subjective impressions from your wife, you must have made precise objective measurements to determine if you are gaining or progressing toward your goal (which I assume is a larger penis). Do you have precise numbers that will definitively tell us if this is working or not?

Good point about my wife's subjective appraisal verses actual measurements. Keep in mind I have only been using this protocol for about 10 days now. My measured length (to the pubic bone) and circumference prior to VED use were 17.5 cm and 16.0 cm, respectively. Length and circumference values measured today after using the VED post implant protocol were 18.3 cm and 17.3 cm, respectively.

Great Mike! Good luck! Keep going and providing the solid objective measurements so we can at least know what it is doing for you and whether it might do something similar for us.

Supposed the penis gets longer after using the VED for a while - that won’t apply to the implant as well, it will keep its length. Which means your implant is now too short for the longer dick. Just guessing...

Interesting point but not entirely true. It would be true if he gained an amazing 1 + inches in length. If the Titan is properly sized it into the glans and is pushing against the glans by the time all the folds are even out of it. (A feeling there is almost too much implant for my penis). My Titan clearly has more expansion in it than my penis can accommodate, meaning it stretches my penis intensely. Any stretch on the tunica can translate to length or girth. Anyone that has used penis traction that pulls lengthwise knows they will gain in girth. It largely depends on how the tunica gives. So yes, you could end up with the tips not quite as far into the glans, or you could end up with girth expansion (move valuable than length) and the cylinders have a huge capacity to accommodate that girth expansion.
