If nature gave you ED and you spent the time, money and pain getting an implant I would pump it up to full blast and enjoy the rock hard rod. And hopefully intense irgasms.
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.

You will learn. When pumped max like a rock, it hurts like hell. You don't need that pain while trying to enjoy fucking your and her brains out. 85 to 90% pumped is best for me.

All implants aren't the same. I can never pump my AMS too much. Usually about 40 is good for fucking for me.

Hi, new to ft, going for doppler ultrasound Sept 1st, will be implanted shortly after (AMS) about the pump forever, I think you can only pump as much saline into the cylinders, that is in the reservoir
63 to be implanted Dec 8 2020 pills stopped working, injection's never worked.

I was implanted January 9,2020. I am amazed that sometimes I can only pump my AMS 700 implant 15 pumps. Next time I may pump 40 times and the next way past 40, Doesn’t make any sense but so far everything works like a charm.
66 yr old male married 36 yrs use trimix four yrs, cilais and Viagra. trimix work well developed scarring on both sides had implant 1/9/2020 at UT Med Ctr, Knoxville, TN Dr. John Lacy.
