Surgery holes on tip of your penis

Is it really necessary to puncture the tip of the penis during surgery when inserting an implant? Are there any other safer means of implanting? It must look like it hurts so damn much and can severe nerves

They have to pull the tips of your implant into your glans (dick head). If they didn't you would have a floppy unsupported head. My holes were barely visible. No pain at all.

I agree with Donnie 100%. There is NO TRACE that they were ever there either. You would think that because your head is so sensitive, it would hurt like hell but, nope, not at all.

Trust me, those tiny holes are the least of your worries. I asked a similar question before my implant. They were never painful and disappeared quickly. They are tiny punctures and cannot severe nerves.

They go away in less then a week and you can't even feel them. Like was said, it is the last thing you need to be concerned about.

No problem guys. Just wanna make sure. I'm scared of this procedure and I'm debating in my head whether to get an implant or not. Its a life changer.

My T levels were "normal" as well but on the low side of normal. After my injections every three weeks I am as horny as a 18 year old. The implant procedure is a life changer??? ABSOLUTELY and I would NEVER consider going back... not even if you could set the clock back to before the ED. The implant has changed me so much for the positive, my only regret is that I wish I had known about it 35 years ago

Aside from being able to have an erection whenever and for as long as you want, the thing I am thankful for is that when flaccid, I have a 31/2 - 4 inch dick. Before, for 74 years I've been living with "not there" to 1", and with only one testicle to boot! So NO package at all. That has all changed with this wonderful surgery.
