Did my 5th Show & Tell

When I was contemplating an implant I had the good fortune of meeting with two guys who were already implanted. Both were generous about dropping their pants and showing me how their pumps worked, both inflating and deflating, and then letting me pump them up and deflate so I could get a true sense of what it takes to operate an implant device. It was invaluable to be able to talk to men who had been through the whole process and gave me the confidence to move forward with my own implant.
I decided once I had healed from my surgery that I would also offer to Show & Tell to help other guys. I believe in paying it forward and this is one easy way I can do that and offer a service many guys are not able to since they don't have a bionic dick. In the 11 1/2 months since my surgery I have done 5 Show & Tells. My first was actually for my long time dentist. He had a Prostatectonmy the month before I did and he told me he had nerve damage and was no longer able to get erections. After I recovered and knew I was happy with my decision, I told him about my surgery and asked if he had considered doing it. He was curious so I ended up doing a Show &Tell for him and his wife. It was a little awkward, but I felt great about helping them make the decision to move forward with his implant.
The next two were both FT members who asked if I was willing to meet with them. the first of them was at a point where he was spending so much on meds to get hard, but that was still working for him. I think he decided to stick with that for now, but was at ease about going with an implant when That time comes. The other has since been implanted. It is rewarding to know I was instrumental in helping him.
The 4th Show & Tell was the most awkward because it was for my best friend. After I had my surgery I finally felt I needed to tell him about it because I couldn't get together with him for activities we usually did together. Acouple months ago he opened up to me about problems he was having with ED. We got together and I gave him a demo and he was impressed how easily I can get and stay hard. He quickly made a dr. appt. to discuss implants, but is currently doing well with Cialis.
That leads me to this morning. A fellow FT member sent me a PM asking if I was willing to do a Show &Tell. This was different because he already has an implant, but is having some issues. He wanted the personal experience of seeing how my problem-free implant looked and functioned. I asked if he was willing to reciprocate because I was curious about the difference in the hardness of his Titan vs. my AMS LGX, based on many comments here. There really wasn't a noticeable difference when pumped up. The Titan was definitely more firm when deflated. Personally, I don’t see a benefit for that feature, at least in my situation. I do believe Titans are the best choice for guys with larger tools, but I remain convinced I have the best device for me. We both agreed our fully pumped hardness is too hard for enjoyable sex for us, as well as for our wives. His goal was to have firsthand knowledge about the LGX in case he gets a revision and wants to switch. For me it satisfied my curiosity and I don't feel like I am missing anything not having the more rigid Titan.
Our meeting was helpful to both of us.
I will continue to offer Show & Tells because it is rewarding to help men who are having problems. I know from personal experience how frustrating it is to be in that situation, so being able to make it easier for guys to know if an implant is right for them is all the incentive I need.
