Length Loss

Why is it that I see a lot of men stating that they have lost a significant amount of length?
Some quoting as much as 1 to 2 inches even. I could not imagine losing such an amount of length.
The implant surgeon I see says that the only real length lost per se is in the lack of glans engorgement.
Is it such that the people who are quoting these numbers are men who have visited poorly-skilled surgeons? Or indeed those who have had radical prostatectomies?
Really trying to get my head around this issue.

I wonder that the statements made by some brothers could be made early on in the healing/cycling process. I know myself, i was initially disappointed with what i saw. But the first 2 months i recovered quickly most of the length lost. I guess between stretching and pump operation, as well as knowledge gained i experienced quick results. That gets you to the satisfactory results but as more time goes on, i have made slow steady gains. Just a thought !

But why?
Some men report their length being as was pretty much straight after the surgery.
I’m just wondering what factors affect this and why surgeons don’t tell you ‘wait a good 8 months and then it’ll be xyz’

My surgeon said I definitely wouldn't loose any length, but it may take 2 years of cycling and use to gain it all back. There is enough stretch in the LGX to fill all of your natural tunica. He selects the implant that is a few cm short . because an over length implant can be a disaster. At 4 month, I am 1/4 inch from my previous length. I seem a little skinny but never measured that. I will keep cycling.

Most don't remember or mis-remember their size pre-op. Several studies verified this. Dr. Dineen's study was because of patient complaints. Why he developed the VED Protocol exercises. First, so you knew pre-op size and two, to provide a protocol to get the pre-op length back.
Search for "Dineen" several posts, I wrote one on my experiences with the VED Protocol.
BTW We men are over concerned with length, sad. With an IPP you can control it and become a lover that you couldn't with that limber dick. Search for the "Jacquelyn Heller" article on thrusting, will make you a master lover you could not think of pre-IPP.

I told my Urologist/Surgeon that I didn't want to lose any length. I didn't. Not one inch. I had a healthy dick only severe venous leakage. No atrophy or Peyronie's, factors that can affect your penis length. My Dr. did a terrific job. I couldn't be more pleased.

Mind set of old rigid implant causing erosion so doctors under size.
Damn fools cannot measure, add, or remember reference points.
Lazy doctors figure implant will expand enough to cover their deficiencies.
Contracture of scar tissue shortening.
Crappy inventory at time of implant. Keep in mind, some sizes are special order.
Failure to jam the measuring tool fully down to the bone or the end of the cavernosa in the glans.
Failure to allow for the stretch on grower penis' treating them all as showers.
Many reasons if you want to list them. My first one was very much shortened. The second 15 months later was 1" longer, even considering the old one had been in place for over a year to cause me even more loss of length.
Bottom line, don't give a fuck lazy doctors. Chose well. Ask about results including size. Not just does it get hard now?
