The old "drain and retain" technique. I bet you are right about that.

Allibaba..

I think you have guessed it. It would take a pretty fucked up doctor to purposely undersize the reservoir which is absolutely critical to cylinder expansion. I have to assume that any implant doctor of 37 years doing more than 4000 implants and who is the head of Urology for a major medical school and center has this all figured out. Surely this is on me. I seem to have the ability to drum up worries. In my defense I am reacting to statements of his residents..
1. "LGX does not expand" wrong they do expand
2. *Your doctor put in a 22 CM with 5 CM rte". This would bring me to 27 CM. Really? I loved the thought. Get out of the way John Holmes. 30 mins later I had the nurse track down this resident and asked him to verify. He came back and said "Ops... really 22 CM plus 1 CM. Misread the op notes." Gotcha. I wish i had not cleared it up. I would have been walking down Bourbon Street in the French Qtr waving my dick around. Look at me man!

So i have a couple of suggestions to my team.
First.. Kent calm down and trust your doctor's skill until there is actual proof.. not speculation.. to the contrary. Note to self.. "Duly noted".
Second. To my implant doctor.. either train your residents to not misspeak OR you do the talking.. not the residents.

I will let you know Tuesday when we meet. Surely he would not under size me.. right? (there I go again. Stop it Kent)

On reflection.. why would anybody run out of fluid if the reservoir was correct and filled to start? Just leakage over time? Just curious.

I have been wondering that too for a while. I sent my CT to Dr. Kramer. He replied he and the radiologist looked it over and normal fluid around a normal reservoir. No sign of leakage. All I know is at 36 pumps my bulb is indented and will not refill till I hit the deflate button. Hope my post helped. Sorry it took me a while to churn on it. Removing an old reservoir can sometimes be a major surgery. I discussed that with Dr. Kramer and some others. None looked forward to it. Said it sometimes takes another hour of dissecting. I was lucky as Dr. Kramer said on my video plus it saved another incision higher up. Cheers. d

I am able to completely fill my 22 CM titan cylinders with the 75 cc reservoir --- super hard cylinders, excellent girth (basically, it is the pressure on the pump ball which keeps me from continuing to pump -- in other words, if my hands were stronger I might be able to get more in, but the thing is so hard I feel like I might pop it). So,the 75 ml reservoir. I double checked, and the stickers from the operating room that they placed on my record say : ""Titan CL Reservoir 75 cc"

By the way, the "lock-out " valve is there to prevent auto re-inflation.

Tangerine..

This might be good news. Possibly your tunica is so restrictive that the cylinders can not accept more fluid. Good news because you have a lot of potential to unlock. If you want more girth and length I would leave your penis fully inflated for weeks and months. AND use a VED daily. Between the two I gained 4 CM. But if it turns out that you are running of fluid then you will have to rely on the VED for girth, You would not want more length because you will start to develop a floppy head. Having said that I did not get a floppy head even though I had my 4CM growth. So I obviously do not have this all figured out except I know what I am going to do with my new revision. I am going to continue with my daily use of my VED. I think I will want more girth. It is possible that when I activate I will see the girth advantage of the Titan such that I will say enough is enough. This can be only after I find my woman complaining about girth, I have had them comment on my girth.. not never that it was too much
In short.. I gave up length expansion when I picked the Titan and chose to seek girth with the Titan. Go Titan, Saints and LSU (in that order)

Not sure if you were being figurative or literal but Dr. Eid told me that leaving the cylinders inflated for long periods, can lead to erosion similar to malleable implants.

I understand. It the tunica does not stretch then the cylinder has no place to go but erosion to the glans. I get it..

But if the tunica can stretch then there would be no reason for erosion. Which brings us back full circle. Does a VED contribute to tunica lengthening? I think it does for all the reasons I have already stated.

Many implant doctors are recommending the use of a VED prior to revision. This has to mean that they think the VED contributes to tunica lengthening.

I think Eid is focusing on one aspect which may be valid. But I doubt he is saying that the use of a VED is unwise. Maybe.. you know him. I don't although I have watched many of his vidoes and read many of his articles. Yes.. he is a recognized authority. BUT I CAN NOT IGNORE MY RESULTS.. NO EROSION WITH EXTENSIVE USE OF VED.

You are mixing terms as though they are one and the same and respectfully you seem to be jumping to conclusions that are not supported by the covered fact. Erosion was discussed in connection with inflating an implant for days or weeks at a time.

1. You assume just because the tunica can stretch that constant pressure on the same point of the tunica by a solid cylinder for very extreme periods of time cannot cause erosion. Where are the facts to support that conclusion? That is like saying I have spent 25 of my 70 years in bed so you cannot get bed sores after a month in bed.

2. No one ever even implied a VED might cause erosion. First, no one uses a VED for 24 hours to a month straight. Second, a VED fills the cavernosal with liquid (blood). If you have an implant it draws the blood in between the solid cylinders and the Tunica so there is no solid or semi-solid object pressing constantly on the tunica.

My paperwork also says I have a 125 cc reservoir for my Titan 22cm implant. I am almost certain I asked Dr. eid if he custom fills the reservoir or if there is a set amount based on cylinder size. I think he said he customizes the amount which I liked because I am lean and smaller than average and did not want unnecessary fluid. It makes me wonder however how he could estimate expansion over time especially if the tunica was thin and stretched wide.
